.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure system just E of the northern
waters, centered about 325 nm SE of Nantucket, will remain nearly
stationary early tonight. The low will move slowly E away from
the area later tonight through Mon night. A cold front extending
E across the waters from off of the Georgia coast will move
slowly S tonight through Mon, as a series of weak low pressure
centers form and move E along the boundary. The front will pass S
of the area Mon night and Tue while high pressure builds S into
the northern waters. The high pressure ridge will slowly drift S
Tue night through Thu while weakening, and then will shift S of
the waters Thu night where it will persist through Fri night. A
cold front will approach the northern Mid-Atlantic coast Thu
night and Fri, and then move SE into the northern waters Fri
night.
