.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build in from the W tonight into Mon, then weaken Mon night as a
cold front approaches from the NW. The front will move SE across
the waters late Mon night and Tue, with high pressure rebuilding
to the SW of the area Tue night through Wed night as a low
pressure trough develops near Vancouver Island. The high will
weaken and slide to the SE Thu and Thu night as a cold front
moves across the area Thu night into Fri. High pressure will
build towards the waters Fri and Fri night.
