.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will push over the waters today
through tonight before stalling just S and E of the waters. High
pressure will then build over the waters behind the front today
and persist through Wed night. Then a low will track N along the
Atlantic Coast from the S Wed night and gradually track NE while
strengthening through Fri. The low will then continue to the NE
through Sat night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is out of service.
