.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist over the waters
tonight through Wed, then drift SE Wed night into Fri while
weakening. Tropical Storm Bertha remains in the NE Gulf of
America and will move W through Fri. Please monitor the latest
information from the National Hurricane Center. Otherwise, a cold
front will stall N of the area Fri into Sun night.
