.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough along the California coast will
persist through Sat night. A cold front will continue moving
slowly S over the central waters tonight before dissipating. High
pressure will strengthen W of the waters tonight, spread E across
the northern waters Tue through Wed night, then persist through
Fri night while slowly weakening.
