.SYNOPSIS...High pressure W of the waters and a low pressure
trough along the coast will both persist today through Thu. The
high briefly retreats SW while a weak cold front is expected to
pass over the inner waters late Thu and Thu night. High pressure
will then rebuild over the W waters Fri into Sat while a coastal
trough builds back near Vancouver Island. The high pressure ridge
just W of the waters and coastal trough will then persist through
Sat night.
