.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure will remain W of the waters
tonight through Wed night. The ridge will weaken Thu as low
pressure approaches from the W. The low will weaken near the
outer waters and push a weakening cold front across the waters
Fri before moving S of the area Fri night. A trough will persist
across Vancouver Island tonight through Fri night, varying in
intensity.
