.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue to build over the area
tonight, then become stationary, oriented SW to NE from the outer
Oregon waters to the inner Washington waters, Sun through Tue.
The ridge will gradually weaken Tue night and Wed as a cold front
moves slowly SE into the waters. The front will stall across the
Washington and outer Oregon waters Wed into Wed night,then slowly
press SE over rest of the area Thu and Thu night.
