offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure over Nova
Scotia will slowly track NE tonight before stalling early Sun.
The low will then gradually weaken while drifting E Sun and Sun
night. A weak high pressure ridge will form over the waters Mon
and shift E Mon night into Tue as a warm front moves E across the
waters and a cold front approaches from the W. The cold front
will move E across the area late Tue and Tue night. A series of
low pressures troughs will move E through the region Wed and Wed
night as high pressure approaches from the SW. The high will
shift SE of the area as another warm front lifts N across the
waters Thu. Another low pressure will approach the S portions
later Thu night.
