offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will slowly move
E through the Outer Mid-Atlantic Waters today, extending a ridge
N across the waters. The ridge will move SE of the area this
evening ahead of a warm front lifting NE across the region
tonight into Sat. A cold front will approach the New England
coast Sat, move into the Gulf of Maine Sat night, then pass SE of
the waters Sun. High pressure will build into the area Sun night
and Mon before moving E of the region Mon night. An area of low
pressure will develop over the interior Mid-Atlantic Mon night,
then move NE into the Gulf of Maine on Tue, pulling a cold front
across the waters Tue followed by a secondary trough Tue night.
