offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front across the waters
will lift N today as strong low pressure moves NE over coastal
New England, reaching the Gulf of Maine by tonight while pulling
an Arctic cold front E through the waters. A series of secondary
cold fronts will move SE across the waters Mon and Mon night. A
strong high pressure ridge will move E over the area Tue into
early Wed. Another cold front will slowly approach the coast late
Wed and Wed night, then stall near the coast Thu. Developing low
pressure will move NE across the area late Thu into Thu night
while pulling another cold front E through the waters.
