New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong high pressure will
persist across the waters today into Sun, then will weaken and
shift E of the area Sun night. Low pressure just E of Cape
Hatteras will slowly drift N near the coast today into Fri
night, and then will dissipate S of Long Island early Sat.
Another low will develop S and SE of Georges Bank near the Gulf
Stream Fri night, and will remain S of the region through Sun
night before finally moving E and SE away from the area Mon and
Mon night. High pressure will again build slowly E over the
waters Sun through Mon night.
