.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Weak troughing
currently stretches S through the S inner waters and will
dissipate early today. A weak low and cold front will form W of
the waters today, and weaken as it moves into the outer zones Sun
night, then dissipate in the inner zones Mon night. High pressure
moving from the W will wash out the low and front Mon night. High
pressure will briefly extend into the southern zones Mon. A
strong frontal system will bring gale force winds Tue, and
slightly weaken as the front passes through the zones Wed.
