.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak area of low
pressure and associated surface trough will move S-SW across the
N and Central waters today into tonight before dissipating on
Tue. Thereafter, weak ridging just W of the waters will slowly
build east and move over the area Tue through Fri. A weakening
cold front will approach the NW waters Fri night.
