New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will expand
offshore over the S waters tonight as a low pressure trough
develops near the New England coast. The high will shift off to
the S and SE of the area Tue and Tue night as the trough
persists. A warm front will lift NE over the northern areas Wed
into Wed night, and a weak cold front and an associated weak low
pressure area will move offshore Thu and Thu night. The low will
move E of the waters Fri as the weak front stalls over the S
waters. The front will persist over the S waters Fri night as
another low forms near Long Island. The low will drift E Sat
into Sat night while pulling a trailing cold front over the
southern waters while another low pressure trough develops over
New England.
