offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Broad complex low pressure
will slowly move E across the Gulf of Saint Lawrence and
Newfoundland today through Sun, with a series of associated weak
surface troughs moving across the waters through Sun. Broad high
pressure S of the area will briefly extend across the southern
portions Sun night and early Mon. Low pressure inland will drive
a warm front offshore from the Mid-Atlantic and N across the
waters Mon and Mon night. The associated cold front will push E
across the waters Tue, then clear E of the waters Tue night.
Behind the front high pressure will build offshore Wed, then
gradually slide E across the area through Wed night.
