.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strong cold front will move
E across the waters tonight. A secondary cold front will move
across the area Mon and Mon night. A high pressure ridge will
build E into the region Tue and Tue night, then shift E of the
area Wed. A low will form just S of the area Wed and strengthen E
of the area while pulling a trough over the waters into Thu. The
trough will persist into Fri night.
