New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front over the area
this morning, will move SE of the region early today, and then
stall S of the waters later today. Low pressure will develop
along the front S of the area late today, then track NE while
passing just SE and E of the waters Mon night into Tue. High
pressure will build E across the area Tue night into early Wed.
Another cold front will approach from the W late Wed into Wed
night. The front will move slowly offshore Thu and Thu night as
low pressure tracks NE along the New England coast. A low
pressure trough will move SE over the area Fri into Fri night.
High pressure will build in over the SW portion Fri night.
