offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A secondary cold front and a
low pressure trough will move over the region tonight. High
pressure will build across the waters later tonight into Tue. Low
pressure will move offshore and across the waters Tue and Tue
night while pushing a cold front across the area. A secondary
cold front will follow Tue night, and clear E of the waters Wed.
High pressure will once again build E offshore later Tue night
and Wed, then shift NE while extending a ridge SW across the area
through Wed night. The ridge of high pressure will remain in
place across the waters Thu through Fri night. A cold front will
move SE across the waters Sat and Sat night. High pressure will
follow Sat night.
