offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will
continue over the region tonight into Fri as weak low pressure
tracks E along the boundary, then pass S of the waters Fri night.
A high pressure ridge will build S across the region Fri night
into Sat, then weaken Sat night. A warm front will lift N over
the area Sat night into Sun. A strong cold front will move
offshore Sun, then pass E of the waters Sun night. A secondary
cold front will cross the area Mon, then pass E of the waters Mon
night as high pressure builds E towards the region.
