offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will
persist S and E of the waters tonight, with a series of low
pressures developing and tracking NE along the stalled boundary,
and while a weak high pressure ridge remains across the Gulf of
Maine. The front pushes further E of the area Mon into Mon
night, with high pressure expanding E over the remainder of the
waters. The high shifts E Tue, with a broad low pressure moving
to northern mid-Atlantic coast by Tue night. The low will very
slowly move NE along or just inland coastal New England Wed
through Thu night, and while pulling a front E and NE through the
waters Tue night into Thu. The low will continue gradually
clearing NE of the waters Fri and Fri night, with a low pressure
trough lingering SW across the waters.
