offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build E
across the area tonight into Sat, then shift E of the region Sat
night into Sun. A warm front will lift N across the waters Sun
and Sun night as weak low pressure tracks E and NE over the Gulf
of Maine while pulling a cold front over the region. Another cold
front will move across the area Mon, then pass SE of the waters
Mon night. The front will stall just SE of the area Tue into Wed
night as low pressure forms along the boundary. Strong high
pressure will build slowly SE towards the region Mon night into
Wed night.
