England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will approach the
coast tonight, then move E and SE over the area later tonight and
Thu. The front will stall near Georges Bank Thu night and Fri as
a series of weak low pressure centers track NE along the
boundary, then drift just S of the area Sat. Low pressure will
slowly drift NE along the boundary near the far eastern portions
Sat night through Sun, then move NE of the area Sun night. High
pressure will build over the area Mon and Mon night.
