offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will slowly move
E across the waters tonight, then slide E of the area Thu into
Fri. A weak trough will quickly move NE across the waters Thu
night and Fri. A cold front will reach the coast Fri night, then
move E across the waters late Fri night through Sat night. High
pressure will build across the area behind the front Sun, before
another cold front approaches from the NW Sun night. The front
will move S through the waters Mon into Mon night.
