England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move across
the area today and tonight. A high pressure ridge will build E
into the region Tue and Tue night, then shift E of the area Wed.
Later Wed low pressure will move across the southern portions
through Wed night. A trough will extend NW from the low across
the waters Wed night into Thu, then move E of the area Thu night.
High pressure will build offshore and across the waters Fri and
Fri night.
