offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure just S of the
area will pass E and SE of the waters today into Wed. A low
pressure trough extending NW from the low will move into the
area from the E tonight into Wed, then stall Wed night. The
trough will move back E across the waters Thu, then shift E of
the area Thu night, ahead of an area of low pressure and
associated cold front that will move E across the area late Thu
and Thu night. The low will move N of the area Fri and Fri night
as the cold front moves E of the waters. A high pressure ridge
will pass across the waters Sat. Another low will approach the
area from the SW Sat night.
