offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A well inland cold front will
approach from the W tonight through Tue night and cross the
waters Wed. It will then stall and lift N of the waters Wed
night. Then a cold front will reach the coast Thu then push E
across the waters through Thu night. High pressure will briefly
build into the area Fri. A warm front will lift N into the waters
Fri night and is quickly followed by a cold front Sat. Low
pressure will move through the Gulf of Maine Sat and Sat night
while the cold front pushes S and E of the area.
