England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front pushes E and SE
across the waters tonight and Fri. High pressure builds E across
the area later Fri into Sat, then shifts E Sat night into Sun. A
warm front lifts N across the waters Sun and Sun night. The next
cold front reaches the New England coast later Sun night, then
moves across the area Mon. Strong high pressure builds SE into
the area later Mon and persist through Tue night.
