offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will shift SE of
the area tonight, while a low pressure trough remains stationary
along the coast. A warm front will approach from the SW Wed, then
pass NE over the waters Wed night. A cold front will move to the
New England coast by Wed night, then move slowly across the
waters Thu and Thu night. The cold front will then stall along or
just S of the area Fri and Fri night. Another cold front will
reach the coast by Fri night, then move E across the waters Sat
and Sat night. Another cold front will approach from the NW Sun
and Sun night.
