offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will move N of
the waters tonight. A cold front then moves into the waters
tonight and early Tue, remaining nearly stationary late Tue
through Wed. Weak low pressure moves E across the area along the
front Tue night and Wed, and behind the low a front will linger
over the waters, remaining nearly stationary over the area Wed
night through early Thu. The front will move back N again as a
warm front Thu and Thu night. A cold front once more settles S
over the area Fri, pushes just S of the waters Fri night, and
then gradually lifts back N yet again as a warm front Sat and Sat
night.
