New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift NE
of the waters this evening, then low pressure and a cold front
will move into the area off the New England coast tonight. The
low and front will then move E of the area Fri and Fri night,
with the low then intensifying and broadening over and just E of
Nova Scotia Sat through Sun night. A series of low pressure
troughs associated with the low will move through the waters Fri
night through Sun night. The low will then begin to slowly weaken
and move E away from the area Mon and Mon night, allowing high
pressure to gradually build into the area through Tue night.
