New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will move E over
the waters tonight into Fri, then E and SE of the area Fri night.
A warm front will lift N through the waters early Fri night
followed by a cold front late Fri night into early Sat. The cold
front will stall S of the area during Sat, then lift back N
through the waters as a warm front Sat night. A stronger cold
front will move offshore Sun while a strengthening low develops
in the Gulf of Maine. The cold front will move E of the area Sun
night into Mon while the rapidly developing low moves off to the
NE of the area. High pressure will build to the SW and S of the
waters Mon night, and pass to the SE of the area Tue as a low
pressure trough crosses the region. A warm front will develop and
lift N into the area Tue night as another strong low pressure
system moves E and NE from the Great Lakes.
