offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

across the area tonight, persist into Sat, then shift S of the
waters Sat night into Sun. A series of low pressure troughs will
move across the N portions Fri through Sun. A cold front will
reach the coast Sun, then move across the waters Sun night into
Mon. Another cold front will reach the coast Mon night, then
move across the area Tue and Tue night.
