New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Complex low pressure and a
cold front will continue across the waters tonight. The low and
cold front will clear E of the waters by early Fri, with a
secondary cold front crossing the waters into later Fri. A high
pressure ridge will pass across the area later Fri through Sat.
A strengthening area of low pressure will approach the waters
from the S late Sat, then pass just S and E of the southern
waters Sat night. The low will continue to deepen E and NE of the
waters Sun through Mon night. High pressure will move into the
region from the W Sun night, then gradually shift E and NE through
Tue night.
