offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front over Georges
Bank will clear E of the area today. A low pressure trough then
lingers across the waters later today and tonight. High pressure
builds SE across the area Sat into Sat night, then shifts E Sun.
A warm front develops off the New England coast later Sun,
lifting NE across the waters Sun night. A low pressure moves to
the coast Mon, tracking NE across the area Mon night into Tue
while pulling a cold front through the region. High pressure
builds SE into area behind the cold front later Tue and Tue
night.
