.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will move off
the Carolina coast today, then rapidly intensify as it moves
slowly NE off of the Mid-Atlantic through Mon night. Mariners
should be executing avoidance plans now and continue to monitor
the latest forecasts. A series of surface troughs will move over
the area behind the low Mon night through Tue night. Another warm
front will move NE across the area Wed, with a cold front the
moving E across the area Wed night into early Thu. Another warm
front will move through the waters Thu, with yet another cold
front moving offshore Thu night.
