offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure will
shift E of the region today. A cold front will move to the coast
later today, then move E across the waters tonight into Fri.
Another high pressure will build SE across the area behind the
front later Fri and Fri night, persist Sat and Sat night, then
shift E of the region Sun. A warm front will develop off the New
England coast late Sun, then push NE across the area Sun night.
Another cold front pushes E across the waters Mon and Mon night.
