New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift N
across the waters and then N of the waters tonight as the next
cold front approaches the coast. The cold front will cross the
area early Sun, and pass S and E of the waters late Sun into Sun
night. High pressure will move E over the waters Mon while
weakening. The front to the S will then return N as a warm front
Tue into Tue night, and lift N of the waters by early Wed.
Another cold front will move slowly E into the waters Wed into
Wed night. The front will become stationary to the S and E of the
waters Thu and Thu night.
