offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will shift E of
the region tonight into Sun. A warm front will lift N across the
waters Sun and Sun night as weak low pressure tracks E and NE
over the Gulf of Maine while pulling a cold front over the
region. Another cold front will move across the area Mon, then
pass SE of the waters Mon night. The front will stall just S of
the area Tue into Tue night as low pressure forms along the
boundary, then slowly weaken Wed into Thu night. Strong high
pressure will build slowly SE over the region Mon night into Wed
night, then slowly shift E of the area Thu and Thu night.
