offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will move
across the waters tonight. High pressure will build E over the
region Tue and Tue night, then shift E of the area Wed. A warm
front will extend E over the region Wed. Low pressure will move
across the S waters Wed and Wed night while pulling a cold front
across the area, followed by a secondary cold front Wed night
into Thu night. High pressure will build across the region Fri
into Sat night as low pressure passes S of the area.
