.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will move S
through the waters today through Thu before dissipating over the
S waters late Thu night. Low pressure will approach the area from
the N Thu, but stall near the Oregon coast and then dissipate Thu
night. A trough extending S from the low will move S through the
N waters Thu night and Fri before dissipating late Fri. A weak
secondary low pressure and associated cold front will clip the
outer central waters Thu through Fri night. A weak coastal trough
will develop Sat and persist into Sun night, while a ridge of
high pressure begins building back into northern waters Sun into
Sun night. Long period swell associated with Tropical Storm Marie
may build into the S waters by Sun night.
