.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast tonight through tomorrow night while high
pressure remains in place over the outer central to northern
waters. The high will dissipate Fri, followed by a cold front
moving S through the northern and central waters Fri night into
Sat. New high pressure to the NW of the area will modestly
build E towards the central waters Sat through Sun night while
the California coastal trough remains in place. On Mon, a warm
front clips the NW waters while ridging and high pressure shifts
offshore of the central to southern waters and weakens the
coastal trough.
