.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front will move
over the central waters today, then pass through the southern
portion tonight into Sun night. High pressure will build NW of
the waters today and tonight. A low pressure trough near the
California coast will gradually weaken today into tonight. High
pressure will then weaken NW of the waters Sun and Sun night
while receding W, as a broad trough develops and expands over the
N and central waters Mon into Mon night, and persists into Tue.
High pressure will rebuild just W of the waters late Tue and Tue
night, and then extend into the region Wed and Wed night.
