.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough along the N and
Central California coast will continue to weaken this evening. A
N to S oriented ridge will develop and poke northwards W of the
waters tonight into Sat, then persist through Sun. The ridge
will slide E to over the area and weaken Mon through Tue. A cold front
will reach the N portions of the area Sun night and weaken on
Mon. A stronger cold front will enter the N waters Tue night
then E and inland by late Wed. Weak ridging will remain in place
across the central and S waters Mon through Wed night. The
NAVTEX station at Astoria, OR has been reported as inoperative.
