.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure W of the waters
will slowly build E toward the region today while a trough along
the coast gradually strengthens. The ridge will spread across the
far NW portions tonight, then remain stationary through Tue while
the coastal trough persist, gradually weakening Mon night and
Tue. The ridge will weaken and drift SE across the northern
waters Tue night into Wed, then dissipate Wed night. Meanwhile, a
weak and broad area of low pressure will form SW of the area Wed,
then move slowly N into the central waters Wed night.
