.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A ridge axis will continue
across the central waters today, then weaken tonight. A
stationary front will persist over the northern waters through
tonight before dissipating Thu. A cold front will slowly weaken
as it moves into the waters from the W into Thu night. The
associated low center will track E into the Central waters Thu,
become nearly stationary Thu night, then weaken as it tracks SE
across the area Fri into Fri night before dissipating Sat.
Another low center will move into the northern waters Sat with
the associated cold front extending S into the central region.
The front will move SE across the central and southern waters Sat
night into Sun night while the low center dissipates along the
central California coast.
