NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS
SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will move across the central waters
tonight into Fri, pulling a cold front across the central and
southern waters. High pressure will build E and SE toward the
northern and central waters Fri through Mon night while a low
pressure trough develops and persists along the California coast.
The high pressure will then weaken and shift to SW of the
southern waters Tue and Tue night. A weak area of low pressure
will form over the northern waters by Tue morning and move SE to
near Point Reyes Tue night while pulling a weak cold front over
the northern and central waters.
