NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS

SYNOPSIS...High pressure currently dominates the waters. Weak troughing along the southern California coast will persist for most of the forecast period. A weak cold front will enter the N waters Mon and quickly dissipate Mon night. High pressure will briefly fill in the northern waters Mon night before being pushed E by a strong cold front moving into the northern zones Tue night through Wed night. High pressure will dominate the central and southern zones for most of the forecast period.
