WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS

SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will, just N of the waters, will push a cold front across the waters tonight into Fri. The low will slowly move inland N of Vancouver island Fri into Fri night. High pressure will slowly build back over the waters behind the front late Sat, remain center to the W, and persist through Tue night. At the same time, a trough will redevelop along the coast Sat night into Tue night.
