WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS

SYNOPSIS...A stalled front will reside over the southern waters today, then drift S of the area tonight into Wed. A trough will develop along the Oregon coast tonight and continue into Fri, while strengthening high pressure well W of the waters extends a ridge E into the area. The ridge axis will persist across the region Sat into Sat night. The trough will weaken Fri and Fri night while persisting along Vancouver island through Sat night.
