WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS
SYNOPSIS...Strong low pressure NW of the outer Washington waters
will continue gradually weakening today while drifting SW.
Another area of low pressure W of the northern California waters
will intensify to storm force tonight into Fri as it moves NE
across the waters. The low will stall just N of the waters Fri
night through early Sun as a weak frontal boundary develops
extending S from the low across the waters. The boundary will
remain stationary through Mon night. The series of low pressures
will rotate around the area while weakening from Sun into Mon
night.
