SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will stall and gradually dissipate near the Oregon coast today. A lingering trough will remain over the waters Sat and Sat night before weak high pressure expands into the area Sun through Tue night. A weak coastal trough will develop Sat night and persist into Tue night.
