as a surface trough remains over the region. High pressure
briefly builds over the area Tue night. The front to the S

moving N of the waters Thu. High pressure will prevail across the
region later Thu, then another surface trough develops over the
area Thu night. A cold front approaches the area Fri and moves
into the waters Fri night into Sat night.

waters tonight into early Tue. Mariners should use caution for
potentially very gusty winds and very rough seas in and near
scattered to numerous thunderstorms over the region. The front
then stalls off of the Delmarva peninsula by Tue night. The front
moves slowly back N as a warm front Wed, moving N of the area
Wed night. High pressure then will be located over much of the
waters Thu and Thu night. The ridge will weaken slightly Fri
into Sat night while a trough persists along the SE coast. A cold
front will move into the far northern waters Sat night.
