.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stalled front will lift N
and NE as a weak warm front tonight, and pass N of the waters by
Tue. A strong high will settle SE and S of the area tonight into
Wed. The high will weaken and shift off to the E Wed night as the
next cold front moves SE over the waters. The front will clear S
of the area Thu before stalling S of the waters Thu night as
high pressure builds SE into the region. High pressure will
persist over the waters into Sat. The stalled front will begin to
slowly lift N as a warm front Sat night.
