.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure just E of
Nova Scotia will drift E tonight into Sun night, and then move 
more to the NE while passing near and then E of Newfoundland 
later Sun night through Mon night. A series of low pressure 
troughs associated with the low will move SE over the area 
tonight into Mon night. A cold front will move S across the 
waters Tue into Tue night. High pressure will build SE over the 
waters behind the front later Tue into Wed, then move E and SE of
the area by Wed night as a warm front lifts N and NE across the 
area. Another cold front will approach the coast from the W and 
NW late Wed night, then move SE across the waters Thu and Thu 
night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front over the central 
waters, extending E from near Cape Hatteras early tonight, will 
move S and reach the southern waters later tonight and Sun. The 
front will move S of the region later Sun night into Mon night 
while slowly weakening. A series of low pressure troughs will 
slide SE over the N waters tonight into Mon. Otherwise, behind 
the cold front, high pressure will build SE toward the N and 
central portions Sun night into Mon, move over the N and central 
waters late Mon and Mon night, persist Tue into Wed, and then 
weaken and pass E of the area late Wed into Thu. A warm front 
will cross the far N portion Wed into Wed night. The next cold 
front will approach from the NW Thu and move over the N portion 
Thu night.
