.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure over the central
waters, will track E and NE across region today and pass E of 
the waters tonight. A trailing cold front will push S from the 
S waters today, followed by a low pressure trough tonight. 
Another cold front will move SE off the New England coast later 
Tue, then cross the area Tue night. Strong high pressure will 
build E towards the region as a series of low pressure troughs 
pass SE across the waters Wed into Thu night. The high will 
slowly weaken just S of the area Fri and Fri night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure just N of the
waters, will continue moving NE today, while pulling a strong 
cold front slowly SE across the N and central waters into 
tonight and Tue. The front will drift SE over the S waters Tue 
night into Wed night as weak low pressure areas form along the 
front. The front will drift S of the waters Thu through Fri night
as additional lows form along the front just to the S of the 
region. A secondary cold front will move SE over the N waters 
Tue night into early Wed, with high pressure building E over the 
N and central waters later Wed through Thu night. The high will 
prevail over the northern and central waters Fri and Fri night 
while slowly weakening.
