.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build to 
the coast later tonight, move offshore Mon, then shift E of the 
region Mon night. A warm front will move into the area Tue, then 
stall Tue night. Low pressure will develop along the New England 
coast Tue night, then track N and NE of the area Wed and Wed 
night while pulling a strong cold front E across the region. 
Another high will build E over the waters Thu and Thu night, then
shift E Fri and Fri night ahead of the next approaching cold
front.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...An intensifying low pressure just
E of the area near 39N61W will continue moving NE into the 
Atlantic tonight. High pressure will build to the coast later 
tonight, move offshore Mon, and then shift E of the area Mon 
night. A low pressure trough will develop along the coast Mon 
night, then slowly move E across the area Tue and Tue night. 
Another developing low will pass N and NE of the area Wed and Wed
night while pulling a cold front E and SE across the region. The
front will stall and dissipate across the S portion Thu as high
pressure builds over the N portions. The high will expand across
the remainder of the waters Thu night into Fri, then shift E
later Fri and Fri night ahead of the next approaching cold front.
