.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will approach the
area from the N tonight, then move through the waters Sat. High 
pressure will build in briefly behind the front, with the front 
stalling just S of the waters late Sat and Sat night. The front 
will move back N as a warm front late Sat night and Sun, with 
another cold front approaching the waters from the W Sun. The 
front will move through the waters Sun night. A secondary cold 
front will move SE across the area Mon, with surface troughiness
lingering Mon night, followed by high pressure building E Tue. 
Low pressure may move just S of the waters late Tue with high 
pressure building E Tue night through Wed. High pressure will 
move E Wed night, as a warm front approaches from the SW.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure remains over the S
waters tonight through Sun. A warm front will move N of the N
waters tonight. A cold front will approach the N waters late 
tonight and move into the N waters Sat before becoming nearly 
stationary Sat night. This front will move N again as a warm 
front Sat night and will be N of the area Sun. As high pressure 
to the S moves E, a stronger cold front will approach the waters
Sun, moving E of the N waters Sun night, and pushing E of the S 
waters late Mon and Mon night. A secondary cold front will move
through the N waters Mon as high pressure builds E over the S 
waters. Surface troughiness lingers over the N waters Mon night 
and Tue, and low pressure may move over the N waters late Tue and
Tue night. To the S, low pressure will move just E of the area 
Tue, with high pressure building in from the N Tue night. High 
pressure will be over the entire area Wed, shifting E of the N 
waters late Wed night as a warm front moves into the far N 
waters.
