.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure shifts SE of the
area this evening, while a cold front approaches from the N. The
cold front moves S across the waters later tonight and Mon. The
fronts stalls along the S portions Mon night into Wed, while a
series of weak lows move E along the boundary, and high pressure
moves E and SE across the Gulf of Maine. The front then lifts
back N into the area as a warm front Wed night into Thu, with an
associated low pressure moving to the New England coast. The low
moves offshore later Thu and Thu night, pulling a cold front E
across the area. The low continues moving E Fri and Fri night and
passes S and SE of Nova Scotia, while a low pressure trough
lingers across the waters.

West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 60 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weakening stationary front
remains draped across the outer portion of the central waters E
of Cape Hatteras, with a low pressure trough extending S just
offshore Cape Fear this evening. The front likely dissipates
later tonight as the trough drifts W toward the SE coast. A cold
front approaches from the N Mon, then stalls across or just N of
the area Mon night into Wed night. The stationary front lifts
back to the N as a warm front Thu, with the associated low
pressure moving offshore New England later Thu and Thu night. The
low continues E while passing S and SE of Nova Scotia Fri and
Fri night. This low pulls a cold front across the N portions late
Thu and Thu night, and across the central portions Fri and Fri
night. Otherwise, high pressure builds across the S portions
later Mon and Mon night, persists through Thu night, and then
starts to shift more E and SE Fri and Fri night.
