.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front over the far N
waters will clear N of the area early tonight. A cold front will
move E across the area tonight into early Fri. A secondary cold
front should move E over the area late Fri and Fri evening,
followed by a series of surface troughs moving across the waters
Fri night through Sun around broad low pressure NE of the waters.
High pressure will build into the region late Sun and Sun night.
A warm front will approach from the S Mon, with low pressure and
the warm front moving into the area by late Mon. A cold front
will push E across the waters Mon night through Tue night, as the
low passes N of the area.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will approach from
the W and move into the N and central waters tonight into early
Fri while becoming stationary. Low pressure associated with the
remnants of Arthur, will move off the southeast U.S. coast and NE
across the central waters Fri and Fri night while pulling a cold
front into the central and S waters along with it. The low will
begin moving away from the region Sat, with the cold front
stalling across the southern waters late Sat. The front will
gradually weaken before dissipating Sun night. The National
Hurricane Center is monitoring the remnants of Arthur for
possible subtropical or tropical development as it moves offshore
Fri, then NE across the western Atlantic through Sat. Please
continue to monitor the latest forecasts for additional
information. Otherwise, high pressure will build in from the S
later Sun through Mon, then weaken Mon night as another cold
front approaches from the W. This front will move E across the
waters Tue through Tue night.
