.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will pass SE of 
the waters tonight. The front will stall S of the area Tue into 
Tue night as multiple weak areas of low pressure form along the 
boundary. Strong high pressure will build slowly SE over the 
region tonight into Wed night. A trough will form along the Maine
coast late Wed, then persist into Thu. The high will slowly 
shift E of the area Thu and Thu night, with a cold front moving
over the region Fri and Fri night. Another high will build 
overhead Sat and Sat night.
