.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A rapidly intensifying low off
the Mid-Atlantic coast will move NE across the waters tonight
and exit early Wed. High pressure quickly moves across the
waters late Wed into Wed night. Another cold front will move SE
across the area Thu before exiting to the E and SE Thu night.
High pressure will build E over the waters Fri into Fri night,
then move E Sat as low pressure pass S of the region Sat into Sat
night. Yet another high pressure will build in from the W Sun and
Sun night. Mariners should monitor the latest forecasts for the
intensifying low pressure system set to impact the region tonight
into Wed, and vessels planning to be in the area should execute
avoidance plans.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure off the Mid-Atlantic
coast will rapidly intensify while lifting NE to near Georges
Bank tonight. A cold front extending S from the low will move
quickly E and SE across the waters tonight. High pressure will
build over the waters Wed, persist Wed night, and then weaken
early Thu. Yet another cold front will move SE over the N and
central portions late Thu before stalling across the far S waters
Thu night. High pressure will build E over the N waters Fri into
Fri night. The front and developing low pressure will begin to
move back to the N over the S and central waters late Fri into
Fri night, then continue moving NE into the N waters Sat and then
E of the area Sat night. Another low will develop over the S
waters Sun and Sun night. Mariners should monitor the latest
forecasts for the intensifying low pressure system set to impact
