track slowly E over the S waters while strengthening today into 
Tue, before clearing NE of the waters Tue night as it begins to 
weaken. Weak high pressure will build E into the area Wed, and 
slide off to the E Wed night as a weak cold front moves off the 
coast. The front will move SE over the waters Thu, and pass S and
E of the area Thu night into Fri. High pressure will build E 
over New England Thu night, and move E and NE over the waters Fri
into Fri night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A warm front extending SE from 
the mid-Atlantic coast will lift N across the waters today 
through Tue. Meanwhile, high pressure across the waters N of the 
front will shift E today. Low pressure will track slowly E across
waters just N of the area while strengthening today into Tue, 
then clear NE of the area Tue night into Wed while weakening. The
low will pull a cold front across the N portions today and 
tonight, with the front stalling over the central waters Tue 
through Wed night while slowly weakening. The front will slowly 
return N as a weak warm front Thu, then merge with a cold front 
moving SE into the N waters. The cold front will reach the 
central waters Thu night, then become nearly stationary over the
central portions Fri into Fri night as weak low pressure begins 
to develop along the front.
