.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will remain over
most of the area tonight, while a stalled frontal boundary sits
S of the area. The high shifts E overnight as the front moves
back N as a warm front Tue. A low will from along the front and track
E Tue, with the low gradually moving E of the area overnight Tue
through Wed. High pressure returns to the waters Wed night and
Thu. High pressure moves E Thu night into Fri as a surface low
pressure trough develops over the western part of the waters,
ahead of a cold front approaching from the NW. The cold front
will move E and SE over the area late Fri into Sat. High
pressure will build in from the NW Sat night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front over the far N
waters will persist tonight as the high to the S retreats to the
E. The front moves back N into or just N of the far N waters as
a warm front Tue, with low pressure developing along the front
Tue. Low pressure will slowly move E of the NE waters overnight
Tue into Wed, with a trailing cold front then moving into and
stalling off of the Carolinas. The front will lift N as a warm
front Thu and Thu night. N of the front, high pressure builds in
Wed and Wed night, and then moves E of the area Thu. The next
cold front will approach from the NW Thu night into Fri, then
move E and SE across the area late Fri and Fri night. The front
will move S through the northern waters Sat and stall across the
central waters into Sat night.
