.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will shift E of
the waters this evening while a cold front stalls S of the area.
Another cold front will approach from the N tonight, move into 
the waters Thu, then stall and dissipate by Thu night. Low 
pressure will develop just offshore along the stalled front S of 
the area Thu night, then move slowly E and NE across the waters 
Fri into Sat. Another cold front will approach the coast Sat and
Sat night, then move E across the waters Sun and Sun night. A low
pressure trough will move through the area Mon and Mon night. The
NAVTEX station at Boston, MA has been reported as inoperative.

most of the central and S waters tonight through Sun night, then
shift E Mon and Mon night. Over the N portions, a cold front 
will stall off the Delmarva coast tonight, then persist through
Thu night. Low pressure will develop along the front off the New
Jersey coast late Thu night, then move slowly E and NE along the
stalled boundary Fri and Fri night, before clearing well NE of
the area Sat. Behind the low, a warm front will move NE across 
the N waters Sat. A cold front will approach the N waters from 
the NW Sat night, then move offshore Sun. The cold front will
stall and weaken across the central waters Sun night through Mon
night.
