.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of low pressure
troughs associated with low pressure well NE of the area will
move SE over the area tonight into Mon night. A weak cold front
will move SE across the waters Tue. High pressure will build SE
over the waters behind the front Tue night into Wed, then move E
and SE of the area by Wed night as a warm front lifts NE across
the area. Another cold front will approach the coast from the W
and NW late Wed night, then move SE across the waters Thu and Thu
night. A series of secondary cold fronts or low pressure troughs
will cross the waters Fri before high pressure builds offshore
Fri night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front extending E from the
southern South Carolina coast will slowly move S over the
southern waters early tonight before moving S of the region Mon
into Mon night while weakening. A series of low pressure troughs
will slide SE over the N waters tonight into Mon. Otherwise,
behind the cold front, high pressure will build SE toward the N
and central portions tonight into Mon, move over the N and
central waters late Mon and Mon night, persist Tue into Wed, then
weaken and pass E of the area late Wed into Thu. A warm front
will cross the far N portion Wed into Wed night. The next cold
front will approach from the NW Thu, then move SE across the
northern and central waters through Fri night.
