.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strengthening low and its 
associated cold front will move SE through the waters early tonight.
High pressure will build SE over the region behind the front
later tonight and Fri, then retreat slightly N Fri night as low 
pressure develops off the mid-Atlantic coast just S of the 
waters. The low will track E Sat, remaining S of the area, but 
extend a trough to its NW into the SW portions Fri night and Sat.
Ridging will build back S across the area later Sat and persist 
through Sun, then shift S of the area Sun night. A warm front 
will lift NE across the waters Sun night into Mon, followed by a 
strong cold front plunging SE across the area late Mon. The front
will clear E of the area Mon night. A high pressure ridge will
extend from the SW across the waters Tue and Tue night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will drift S of 
the area tonight ahead of a strong cold front. The cold front 
will sweep SE across the waters tonight, then stall across the 
far southern waters Fri. A high pressure ridge will move E across
the northern portions Fri night, while the front over the 
southern waters lifts back N to near the mid-Atlantic waters as a
warm front. An area of low pressure will develop off the mid-
Atlantic coast Fri night, then move E across the central waters 
late Fri night and Sat before passing E of the area Sat night. A
trough extending NW from the low will move S across the central 
waters Sat night before dissipating Sun across the southern
waters. High pressure will build SE over the region Sun, then 
shift SE of the area Sun night into Mon as another warm front 
lifts NE across the central and northern waters. Another cold 
front will move SE across the waters late Mon into Mon night,
finally clearing E of the southern waters early Tue. High
pressure will build across the region behind the front Tue, then
