will remain anchored there through the period while slowly
weakening Tue through Thu night, and then rebuilding Fri and Fri
night. A series of warm and cold fronts will cross the waters in
quick succession Sun through Thu with a somewhat stronger cold
front pushing through the waters Thu night. A series of low
pressure troughs will move SE over the area Fri and Fri night as
high pressure builds over New England.

to the SE tonight into early Tue, prevail S of the area late Tue
into Thu night while slowly weakening, and then re-build westward
Fri and Fri night. A coastal trough will develop Mon, and persist
into Fri. Otherwise, a series of weak cold fronts will stall near
or just N of the waters Mon into Thu. A somewhat stronger cold
front will approach from the NW Thu, and then move rather slowly
SE over the N and central waters Thu night into Fri night.
