.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will
persist S and E of the waters tonight through Sun, with a series
of low pressures developing and tracking NE along the stalled
boundary, and while a weak high pressure remains across the Gulf
of Maine. The front finally pushes further E of the area Sun
night into Mon night, with high pressure expanding E over the
remainder of the waters. The high shifts E Tue, with a broad low
pressure moving to northern New Jersey by Tue night. The low
will very slowly move NE along or just inland coastal New
England Wed through Thu night, and while pulling a front E and NE
through the waters Wed into Thu.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front will persist
across the northern and central portions this evening, while a
series of weak low pressures track NE along the stalled front. A
broad low pressure develops along the front later tonight off
Cape Lookout, lifting slowly to the NE Sun into Mon, and pulling
the front E and SE across the remainder of the central and S
portions. High pressure will build E across the waters Mon into
Tue, then shift E Tue night ahead of the next approaching cold
front. The associated broad low pressure will reach northern New
Jersey late Tue night, then lift slowly NE of the area along
coastal New England Wed through Thu night. The low will pull the
associated cold front slowly E and SE across the waters Wed into
Thu, before stalling over the region later Thu and Thu night.
