.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strengthening low pressure
just E of the waters will pull away to the NE tonight. Another
weaker low will move offshore near Cape Cod tonight while
weakening as a cold front pushes across the southern waters. The
front will move E of the area early Fri then high pressure will
begin building over the waters into Fri night. The high centered
S of the waters will persist Sat into Sun. A cold front will
reach the waters from the NW Sun then push SE across the area
Sun night. The front will stall near or just S of the southern
waters Mon then lift N as a warm front Mon night. The front will
lift N of the area Tue while a strong high settles S of the area
into Tue night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Intensifying low pressure will
move NE of the waters tonight. A cold front will move across the
waters tonight and E of the area early Fri. High pressure will 
build E over the S and central waters by late Fri, and expand 
over all of the waters Fri night into Sat. The high will begin to
shift E of the N portion Sat night into Sun as another cold 
front approaches from the NW. The cold front will reach the far N
waters Sun night, then stall and weaken over the far N waters 
Mon into Mon night. A high pressure ridge will persist over the S
and central waters Sat night through Tue night.
