.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move
offshore this morning, then move S and SE across the waters into
this evening. High pressure will build SE across New England 
tonight into early Mon, then expand offshore into the area late 
Mon and Mon night before shifting S and SE of the area Tue and 
Tue night. A weak cold front will approach the coast Wed and Wed
night. The front will very slowly move offshore Thu or Thu 
night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist south of Cape Fear today through Mon night. A cold front
will move SE across the N and central portions later this
afternoon into tonight, then across the southern areas near Cape
Fear Mon and Mon night while weakening. The front will stall 
over or just S of Cape Fear and gradually dissipate Tue as the
high pressure weakens. Another high pressure area will build SE 
offshore behind the cold front Tue and Tue night, persist into 
Wed, then shift SE and E of the area Wed night and Thu. A cold 
front will very slowly approach the region from the NW Thu night.
