most of the area today before slowly retreating to the SE and
weakening tonight into Tue. A coastal trough will develop Mon,
and persist into Thu night. Otherwise, a dissipating cold front
will stall near or just N of the waters by Mon. A series of weak
cold fronts will stall near or just N of the waters Tue into Wed
night. A potentially stronger cold front will approach from the
NW Thu, and then move SE over the area Thu night.
