.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build over
the area today, then persist over the region tonight into Mon
night before shifting S and E of the area Tue and Tue night. A
low pressure trough will form near the coast Mon night before a
warm front extends E over the waters Tue night into Wed.
Associated weak low pressure will move E into the waters late Wed
or Wed night pushing the front E and NE across the waters before
becoming absorbed later Wed night. A trailing cold front will
cross the waters later Wed night, and move E of the area Thu. A
series of secondary cold fronts or low pressure troughs will
cross the waters Thu and Thu night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front across the N
portions this morning will move S across the central waters today
and tonight, then move through the S waters Mon through Tue
night. High pressure will build S into the N portions Mon and Mon
night, extend into the central waters Tue, then build into the
southern waters Tue night and Wed, persisting through Thu night.
A warm front will move offshore Tue night and into the northern
waters later Tue night or Wed while the existing ridge across the
northern and central waters moves E of the area. The front will
clear E of the waters Wed night. A trailing cold front will move
across the northern portions Wed night and Thu, followed by a
series of secondary cold fronts of low pressure troughs through
Thu night.
