the waters today, clearing S and E of the area by tonight. A low
pressure trough will cross the waters tonight, followed by high
pressure building E over the area Mon. The high will shift E of
the waters Mon night. The front to the S will then return N as a
warm front Tue into Tue night, and lift N of the waters early
Wed. The next cold front will reach the coast late Wed, then move
E and SE over the area Wed night. The front will stall to the S
and E of the waters Thu and Thu night as a low pressure trough
forms along the coast Thu, then crosses the waters Thu night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure anchored SE of
Bermuda will keep a ridge across the far southern waters today
through Wed, with the ridge weakening Wed night through Thu 
night. A cold front will move SE over the N waters today and then
stall across the central waters tonight. The front will persist 
over the central waters Mon as weak high pressure slides E over 
the N waters. The front will lift N as a warm front Mon night and
pass N of the waters Tue. The next cold front will approach from
the W and NW Tue night into Wed, then slowly move E and SE into 
the waters late Wed and Wed night. The front will become 
stationary from near the SE and southern Mid-Atlantic coast 
northeastward over the waters Thu and Thu night as a series of 
weak low pressure areas form along the front.
