.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front S of the waters
will stall later today off of the Delmarva peninsula as high
pressure builds in behind the front. High pressure then remains
over most of the area through Mon. The high shifts E Mon night as
the front moves back N as a warm front. The front moves into or
very near the S waters late Mon night, and low pressure will
develop along the front Tue. Low pressure gradually moves E of
the area overnight Tue through Wed, then high pressure returns to
the waters for Wed night and Thu. High pressure moves E Thu
night as a surface trough develops over the waters, ahead of a
cold front approaching from the NW.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...With high pressure over the S
waters, a warm front and cold front over the far N waters will
stall later today off of the Delmarva peninsula. The frontal
boundary will remain nearly stationary tonight through Mon as
the high to the S retreats to the E. The front moves back N into
or just N of the far N waters as a warm front Mon night and Tue,
with low pressure developing along the front Tue. Low pressure
will slowly move E of the NE waters overnight Tue into Wed, with
a trailing cold front then moving into and stalling off of the
Carolinas. Weak lows will move NE along the front Wed through Thu
while the front gradually weakens. N of the front, high pressure
builds in, moving E Thu. A surface trough will develop over the
entire area Thu night.
