.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Weak high pressure will pass 
E of the waters early today. A stationary front S of the waters
early this morning will return N as a warm front during the day
today, and lift N of the area tonight as the next cold front 
approaches the coast. The cold front will cross the area Sun 
morning, and pass S and E of the waters late Sun into Sun night. 
High pressure will move E over the waters Mon while weakening. 
The front to the S will then return N as a warm front Tue into 
Tue night, and lift N of the waters by early Wed. Another cold 
front will move slowly E into the waters Wed into Wed night.

Bermuda will keep a ridge across the southern waters today into 
Tue night, with the ridge weakening and drifting S late Tue night
into Wed night. A stationary front over the central and N waters
early this morning will lift N as a warm front later this
morning, and pass N of the area this afternoon. A cold front 
will approach from the W and NW this evening, and move into the 
N waters late tonight into Sun. The front will stall over the 
central waters Sun night into early Mon, lift N as a warm front 
late Mon into Mon night, and pass N of the area by later Mon 
night or early Tue. Another cold front will approach from the W
