.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
over the region will gradually shift E of the area tonight. A
cold front will approach the waters from the W Tue, then stall
just W of the area Tue night into Wed night as low pressure
tracks NE along the boundary. The cold front will move into the
waters Thu and Thu night as yet another low tracks NE along the
boundary. The front will clear the waters by Fri followed by a 
secondary cold front or low pressure trough early Fri. High 
pressure will build across the area later Fri and Fri night, 
then persist across the region into Sat night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will gradually
shift E of the region tonight through Tue night while maintaining
a ridge across the area. The ridge will weaken Wed and Wed night
as a cold front slowly approaches from the W. The cold front will
move SE into the waters Thu and Thu night as developing low
pressure tracks N and NE from the northern waters. A portion of
the front will stall across the far S waters late Fri and low
pressure will track NE along the front Fri night. High pressure
will build offshore across the waters N of the stalled front Fri
and Fri night. The stalled front will lift slowly N over the S
and central waters Sat and Sat night.
