.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure over 
eastern Nova Scotia will drift E and SE today into Sun night, and
then finally move more to the NE while passing near and then E 
of Newfoundland later Sun night through Mon night. A series of 
low pressure troughs associated with the low will move SE over 
the area today into Mon. A cold front will move SE across the 
waters Mon night into Tue. High pressure will build SE over the 
waters behind the front later Tue into Wed, then move E and SE of
the area by Wed night as a warm front lifts N and NE over the 
area. Another cold front will approach the coast from the W and 
NW late Wed night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A slow-moving cold front over
the N waters early today will reach the central waters later 
today into tonight, and then drift S over S waters later tonight
and Sun. The front will move S of the region later Sun night
into Mon night while slowly weakening. A series of low pressure
troughs will slide SE over the N waters later today into Mon.
Otherwise, behind the cold front, high pressure will build SE 
toward the N and central portions Sun night into Mon, move over 
the N and central waters late Mon and Mon night, persist Tue into
Wed, and then weaken and pass E of the area late Wed into Wed 
night. A warm front will cross the far N portion Wed night, as 
the next cold front approaches from the W and NW.
