.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front drifting SE over
the waters early today will stall over the area later today and
tonight, drift southward again Thu, and then stall just S of the
waters Thu night. Low pressure will develop along the stalled
boundary late Thu night into early Fri, just off the Mid-Atlantic
coast, then track E and NE along the front late Fri and Fri
night. The low will clear well E into the N Atlantic Sat. High
pressure will build SE across the area later Sat and Sat night,
then settle offshore Sun and Sun night as a weak low pressure
trough develops near the coast of Maine.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A series of weak low pressure
troughs will meander across the central and S portions today
while high pressure persists across the N areas. The high will
shift E tonight into early Thu as a cold front approaches from
the NW. The front will move slowly S into the far N portions by
later Thu, then stall Thu night. Low pressure will develop along
the stalled boundary late Thu night into early Fri, just off the
Mid-Atlantic coast, then track E and NE along the front late Fri
and Fri night. The low will clear well E into the N Atlantic
Sat, pulling the cold front slightly further S later Sat, before
stalling again across the central and S areas late Sat through
Sun night. High pressure will build across the far N portions Sun
and Sun night.
