.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front currently
extends NE over the waters and will remain over the area 
tonight. Developing low pressure will move NE across Georges Bank
Fri, then pass NE of the region Fri night into Sat night while 
pulling a series of low pressure troughs across the waters. 
Another low will track E just S of the area Sat night and Sun, 
then pass well SE of the region Sun night as a weak cold front 
moves offshore. High pressure will build across the waters Mon 
and Mon night as a warm front slowly approaches the area from the
SW.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front across the N
waters will remain over the waters today as a high pressure 
ridge slowly shifts E of the region. Developing low pressure 
along the SE coast this morning will move NE across the waters 
today through Fri while pulling a cold front E across the area, 
then move NE of the region Fri night into Sat night while pulling
a series of low pressure troughs over the N portion. High 
pressure will build over the far S portion Fri into Fri night, 
then shift S and SE of the area Sat night into Sun. Another low 
will track E across the N portion Sat night and Sun while pulling
a cold front over the area. The front will stall across the 
central waters Sun, then slowly drift N and NE as a warm front 
Mon and Mon night as high pressure shifts N towards the S waters.
