across the waters today. Low pressure will develop along the
stalled front this morning, then move E across the waters later
today and tonight, and while pulling the front across the
remainder of the waters. The front will stall along or just S of
the area Tue into Wed. High pressure will build SE across the
waters tonight into Tue, shift to the central waters through
Thu, and then shift further S to the S portions Thu night through
Fri night. A low pressure trough will move into the N portions
Thu, then dissipate Thu night. A cold front will then move into
the N portions early Fri, then stall Fri night.
