build E over the region tonight into Fri, then shift E of the 
area later Fri and Fri night. A warm front will lift NE over the 
region Fri into Fri night, before a strong cold front crosses 
the waters Sat into Sat night. A secondary cold front will move 
across the region Sat night. Another ridge will build SE over 
the waters Sat night into Sun, then shift E of the region Sun
night. Another warm front will lift N over the area Sun night. 
Strong low pressure will track NE over New England Sun night into
Mon night while pulling a cold front across the area. A series of 
secondary cold fronts will move across the waters Mon through Tue

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front over the S
waters will drift S across the area tonight. A weak low pressure
trough will form along the SE coast tonight, then weaken Fri. 
High pressure will build E over the region tonight, then shift E 
of the area Fri through Sat while maintaining a ridge across the 
S waters. Another strong cold front will move SE across the area 
Sat, and stall over the central waters Sat night. The front will 
then lift N as a warm front Sun into Sun night, before yet 
another strong cold front moves over the area Sun night into Mon 
night. A series of secondary cold fronts will cross the N portion 
Tue and Tue night as another high builds E across the S portion.
