.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E across the waters today,
then shift E of the region tonight. A front will remain
stationary across the S waters early today, and then move N
across the waters as a warm front later today and tonight as a
cold front approaches from the W and NW. The cold front will move
slowly SE across the area Wed into Thu, then stall over the S and
central waters Thu night through Sat night while a weak ridge
moves across the N waters Sat and Sat night. The front will lift
N as a warm front Sun into Sun night.
