.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will push across the waters today and
tonight. High pressure will build E into the region tonight
through Tue night. The high will weaken and slide over the
southern waters Wed as low pressure and a cold front moves into
the northern waters Wed and Wed night. The front will continue
through the central waters Thu, then stall across the southern
waters Thu night through Fri night as high pressure builds into
the northern portions.
