.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the N waters will move S and SE and
reach the central waters tonight as low pressure forms along the
front. The low will pass E of the area Sun with the front
becoming nearly stationary over the S waters by Sun night. The
front will persist over the S waters Mon through Tue night as
weak low pressure areas form along the weakening frontal
boundary. The front will likely dissipate Wed and Wed night as a
low pressure trough forms along the coast.
