.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough over the NE waters will move E
of the area this morning. A cold front over the S waters will
stall just S of the area today into Wed, then dissipate by Wed
night. High pressure will settle offshore later today into Wed,
then shift E of the area Wed night. The departing high will
maintain a weak ridge SW across the S portions Thu into Fri.
Another cold front will approach from the NW Thu night, then push
SE across the waters Fri into Sat. Another high pressure will
build E across the waters Sat and Sat night behind the front.
