.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist south of Cape Fear
tonight through Mon night. A cold front will move SE across the N
and central portions tonight, then across the southern areas near
Cape Fear Mon and Mon night while weakening and eventually
dissipating as it stalls near or S of Cape Fear Tue as the high
ridge dissipates. Another broader area of high pressure will
build SE offshore behind the cold front Tue and Tue night,
persist into Wed, then shift SE and E of the area Wed night and
Thu. A trough is expected to move near the coast Thu and Thu
night then move offshore Fri and Fri night.
