.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move into the N waters this
morning, then stall off the Delmarva peninsula later today and
tonight. The front moves slowly back N as a warm front Wed,
moving N of the area Wed night. High pressure then will be
located over much of the waters Thu and Thu night. The ridge will
weaken slightly Fri into Sat night while a trough persists along
the SE coast. A cold front will move into the far northern waters
Sat night.
