.SYNOPSIS...A series of low pressure troughs will move S and SE
across the area today into Tue. A high pressure ridge will build
offshore tonight and Tue, then shift SE Tue night. Low pressure
will move E across the N portion Tue night and Wed while pulling
a cold front over the area. The front will move slowly S over the
S portion Wed night, then pass S of the waters Thu and Thu night.
Another ridge will build S over the region Thu through Fri night.
