.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the northern and central waters
will slowly move E tonight into Wed, then stall across the
southern waters into Wed night. The stalled front will slowly
lift N as a warm front Thu and Thu night. The front will stall
across the northern waters Fri and Fri night. The front will move
slowly SE through the northern waters as a cold front on Sat and
progress through the central and southern waters Sun and Sun
night.
