.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will slowly retreat to the SE tonight
into early Tue, prevail S of the area late Tue into Thu night
while slowly weakening, and then re-build westward Fri and Fri
night. A coastal trough will develop Mon, and persist into Fri.
Otherwise, a series of weak cold fronts will stall near or just N
of the waters Mon into Thu. A somewhat stronger cold front will
approach from the NW Thu, and then move rather slowly SE over the
N and central waters Thu night into Fri night.
