.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending E to NE off the Delmarva coast
will move slowly S across the waters tonight through Sat night,
then stall and dissipate across the S portions Sun and Sun night.
Meanwhile, high pressure builds SE across the waters behind the
front tonight through Sat night, then shifts E Sun and Sun night.
Low pressure moves to the northern Mid-Atlantic coast Sun night,
then tracks slowly E to NE across the N portions early Mon
through Tue night, before clearing NE of the area Wed. The low
pulls a cold front across the N portions Mon and Mon night, then
stalls across the central areas Tue through Wed night.
