.SYNOPSIS...A cold front approaches the waters this morning,
remaining nearly stationary later today through Wed. Weak low
pressure moves E just N of the area along the front tonight and
Wed, and behind the low the front will linger, remaining nearly
stationary just N of the area Wed night through early Thu. The
front will move back N again as a warm front Thu and Thu night.
Another cold front approaches the area Fri, pushes into the
waters Fri night, and then gradually lifts back N yet again as a
warm front Sat and Sat night. Weak low pressure may move E NE
along the front Fri night through Sat night. To the S, high
pressure will be over most of the area tonight through Thu except
for a trough along and near the mid- Atlantic coast. The high
shifts E Thu night, with the trough extending S and then
continuing along or near the coast through Sat night.
