.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending E and SE over the waters
from near Cape Fear this evening, will return N as a weak warm
front tonight into Mon. Meanwhile, high pressure across the
waters N of the front will shift E tonight. Low pressure moves to
near Long Island late tonight, then tracks slowly E across waters
just N of the area while strengthening Mon into Tue, before
clearing NE of the area Tue night into Wed while weakening. The
low pulls a cold front across the N portions Mon and Mon night,
with the front stalling over the central waters Tue through Wed
night while slowly weakening. The front will slowly return N as a
weak warm front Thu, and merge with a cold front moving SE into
the N waters. The cold front will reach the central waters Thu
night, and then become nearly stationary over the central
portions Fri into Fri night as weak low pressure begins to
develop along the front.
