.SYNOPSIS...High pressure E and NE of the area will shift E and
SE of the region while maintaining a ridge that will extend SW
into S waters later tonight into Sat. A cold front will move
offshore late tonight over the far N waters, then stall across
the northern waters early Sat before lifting N as a warm front
Sat afternoon into Sat night. A strong cold front will push E and
SE across the waters late Sat night through early Sun night, and
pass rapidly E of the area later Sun night. High pressure will
build E over the waters Mon into Tue and shift E of the area 
late Tue and Tue night as a warm front develops and lifts N over 
the N waters, and a low pressure trough forms near the SE coast. 
A strong cold front will approach from the W and NW Wed into Wed 
night, with low pressure potentially developing off the Carolina 
coast Wed night just ahead of the front.
