.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving SE over the waters will stall 
over or near the far N part tonight into Thu with weak low 
pressure centers moving E along the front. The front moves N as a
warm front late Thu and Thu night as high pressure builds back W
over the area. High pressure then continues Fri through Sat 
except for surface troughiness along and near the coast. High 
pressure shifts back E Sat night as a cold front approaches the 
waters from the N Sun into Sun night. The front will likely stall
over the N waters Mon and Mon night with low pressure organizing
along the front.
