.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move into the area today, then
stall across the area tonight into Mon. Low pressure will develop
along the front off the SE coast later Mon, then slowly move E
across the waters Mon night and Tue. Another low pressure will
develop just E or NE of the region by Tue night, then slowly lift
NE and away from the waters Wed into Thu. High pressure will
build SE across the area late Thu and Thu night.
