.SYNOPSIS...A couple of reinforcing cold fronts or low pressure
troughs will E across the waters tonight into Sat night. High 
pressure will build E towards the region Sat night, then move 
offshore Sun and Sun night, and persist through Tue. Another cold
front will approach and move into the northern waters Tue night.
The front will stall across the area Wed and then will begin to
lift back as a warm front Wed night.
