.SYNOPSIS...The W part of broad high pressure remains over 
much of the waters tonight except for a cold front along the
coast. The cold front approaches the N waters overnight and moves
into the N waters Mon and Mon night. The front stalls over the 
area Tue, with the front, connected to weak low pressure offshore
of Florida, persisting through Wed night. The front moves slowly
N as a warm front overnight Wed through Thu night. A cold front 
approaches the area from the NW Fri and then moves into the N 
waters Fri night before stalling.
