.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front has now passed just E of the
waters, and it will continue to move E away from the area today.
Strong high pressure will gradually build E to the coast tonight
through Sat, before moving E over waters well N of the area Sat 
night into Mon. Broad low pressure will develop S and SE of the 
area later Fri into Sun, and then weaken later Sun. A low 
pressure trough will develop near the Georgia and Carolina coasts
Sat night, prevail into Mon, and then dissipate Mon night.
