.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure trough will persist along the
Oregon and California coast today through Sat night. Broad weak
high pressure will persist across the area today into tonight.
Then a low pressure system will pass just NW of the waters on Wed
and Wed night followed by a second low taking a similar path Thu
and Thu night. High pressure will rebuild W of the waters Fri and
Fri night and persist through Sat night.
