.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist NW of the area
today into Tue, as a low pressure trough remains along the coast.
The ridge will weaken late Tue and Tue night. Low pressure will
develop W of the area Wed and Wed night, then approach the
central waters Thu and Thu night. The low will move over the
central waters Fri and Fri night.
