.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will develop along the coast
today, persist through Thu night, and then weaken Fri and Fri
night. High pressure will gradually build in from the W today and
tonight, persist through Fri, and then weaken Fri night into Sat.
A cold front will approach from the W Sat and cross the waters
Sat night. A weak low will develop along the front Sun, move NE
toward Vancouver Island, then inland Sun night.
