.SYNOPSIS...A warm front over the northern waters will move
inland early today, as a weakening cold front stalls over the
waters. The stalled front will lift NE over the waters as a warm
front later today as low pressure moves SE and across the N
waters tonight. A high pressure ridge will build across the
region Wed and Wed night and persist through Sat night.
