.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge W of the area will slowly
weaken today and tonight. A weak cold front will move E over the
waters Fri and dissipate by Fri night. Weakening high pressure
will move E into the waters Fri through Sat. A low pressure
trough will develop along the Oregon coast and slowly strengthen
from late today through Sat night. A high pressure ridge will
build E across the waters Sun through Mon night.
