Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge will quickly move E through the area today, followed by another cold front moving through the waters tonight. High pressure will again build E over the area Sun and Sun night, then shift E of the waters early Mon. An area of low pressure will form over the Mid-Atlantic Mon and push a warm front N across the waters, followed by the associated cold front moving SE across the area Mon night as the low lifts NE into the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. A secondary cold front or low pressure trough will move E across the waters Tue. Weak high pressure will rapidly pass E over the area Tue night as developing low pressure approaches the Mid- Atlantic coast. The low will track NE, passing just S and SE of the waters Wed and Wed night while a trough or weak cold front moves quickly E across the area.
