West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Developing low pressure and an
associated warm front will lift N and NE from the southern waters
early tonight to the northern waters later tonight and early Sun
as high pressure over the northern portion moves off to the E of
the area. A strong cold front will move E across the waters Sun
afternoon into Sun night as intensifying low pressure passes N
and then NE of the region. High pressure will slowly build SE
into the S waters later Mon through Tue night, and shift SE of
the area by Wed. Another cold front will move SE across the area
late Tue through Wed, then stall over the S waters Wed night into
Thu low pressure slowly develops along the front. The low and an
associated warm front will drift N and NE to the central waters
Thu night. 

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
