beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will build SE
across the waters today, then shift E of the region tonight. A
warm front will extend E off the Mid-Atlantic coast tonight, and
stall over the N portion Wed into Thu as low pressure moves E
along the boundary. The low will pass E of the area Thu night
into Fri. An associated cold front will move SE over the area Wed
into Thu, then pass SE of the waters Thu night. A low pressure
trough will move SE across the area Wed into Fri. High pressure
will briefly build over the waters Fri, then shift SE of the
region Fri night. A cold front will move slowly SE across the
waters Fri night through Sat night.
