The high moves E Sun night as a warm front emerges off of the mid-Atlantic coast and quickly moves N of the waters late Sun night and early Mon. A strong cold front sweeps E across the area Mon and Mon night. As high pressure slowly builds E over the S waters, a series of surface troughs moves across the N and central waters Tue through Wed around broad low pressure over E Canada.
