.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will build E across
the waters tonight through Mon night, then move just E of the
region Tue and Tue night while extending a weakening ridge W over
waters S of Cape Hatteras through Thu. To the N, a cold front
will move SE across the northern waters Wed, become stationary
near 37N Wed night and Thu, then lift back N across the northern
waters as a warm front Thu night. A cold front will approach the
area from the W Fri and move close to the coast later Fri night.
