.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure over
the northern waters will move NW of the area tonight and then
stall NW of the waters Sat. The low will absorb into a larger
overall broad area of low pressure across the waters Sat night
into Sun that will persist through Mon night while slowly
weakening. The low will drift S across the Oregon waters and then
dissipate S of the area Tue. A surface ridge of high pressure
will then build in across the region from the W late Tue into Tue
night while a weak surface trough forms along the coast Wed and
persists into Wed night.
