.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...An area of low
pressure will move inland near the Washington and Oregon border
today. A low pressure trough along the coast of Vancouver island
will weaken tonight into Mon. A weak low center will approach the
NW portion Mon night, then track SE over the area Tue into Tue
night. A weak high pressure ridge will briefly build E into the
waters Wed. Another low center will approach from the N Wed, then
move S along the Washington and Oregon coasts Wed night. A low
pressure trough will remain along the coast Thu and Thu night.
