.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A coastal trough
will weaken today. A weakening high pressure ridge will move SW
of the area tonight into early Fri. A cold front will move SE
into the waters Fri night into Sat, then pass S of the area Sat
night. High pressure will build across the area on Sunday. A
surface low will move across the waters south of the region on
Monday.
