more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...An area of high
pressure will persist to the W and NW of the waters tonight, then
shift SW as it weakens Mon and Mon night. A low pressure trough
will persist along the Oregon and Washington coasts tonight, then
weaken Mon into Tue. A second low pressure trough will persist
over Vancouver Island tonight into Mon, then weaken Mon night and
redevelop late Tue into Fri night. A weakening cold front will
move E over the waters Tue night into Wed. A high pressure ridge
will build E across the region Wed through Fri night.
