.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
become stationary across the NW waters today. A weak low center 
will track NE along the front across the N waters later today
into tonight and push the front SE across the waters as a cold
front tonight into Fri. High pressure will build W of the area 
Fri and Fri night and persist into Sat night. The next frontal 
system will approach from the W Sat night and move over the 
region Sun into Sun night while weakening. Another frontal system
will approach Sun night and then another wave of low pressure 
will pass to the NW Mon and Mon night.
