.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will persist across the region through Mon night, then
slowly weaken Tue and Tue night. High pressure will rebuild to 
the NW of the waters Wed through Thu night, as a low pressure 
trough develops along Vancouver Island.
