.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure SW of
the area will slowly drift W today. A weak area of low pressure
will move SE into the waters later today and tonight, and move
eastward across the waters Tue through Wed night. The low will
weaken to a trough and persist across the waters Thu through Fri
night.
