.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters today will persist into Tue before
weakening Tue night. The ridge will then rebuild over the area
Wed and persist through Fri night. A low pressure trough along
the Oregon coast will weaken today and tonight.
