.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will push E across
the southern CA waters tonight and Wed as high pressure builds in
behind the front. Another low will move NE into the central CA
waters Thu with a warm front lift NE ahead of the low. The low
will move inland Thu night and pull a cold front through the
southern waters Thu night into Fri. High pressure will build over
the NW portions while a coastal trough develops along the central
and southern CA coast Fri. High pressure and coastal trough will
remain in place Fri into Sun night.
