.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist over the S waters tonight through Mon night. A weak cold
front will stall near Point Conception and dissipate tonight.
Another cold front will move E into the northern and central
waters Sun then dissipate Sun night. Yet another stronger cold
front will cross the waters Mon into Tue night. High pressure
will build E into the southern waters Wed through Thu night.
