.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist over the northern and central waters through tonight. 
Meanwhile, a low pressure trough along the California coast will 
persist through tonight, then strengthen Fri and Fri night as 
high pressure builds east toward the NW portion into Sat. The 
surface ridge will begin gradually retreating SW of the central 
waters late Sat night, then persist to the W of the waters 
through Mon night.
