.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A strong low currently
positioned just N of the waters will begin to weaken and move SE
into the northern waters this afternoon and approach the coast
tonight. A cold front will continue to move across the southern
waters today while weakening. The low will move inland and
dissipate Sat into Sat night. High pressure will remain just to
the W and N of the waters as an inland trough begins to form Sat
and persist into Tue night.
