.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A pair of surface lows are
across the N waters and will move N of the area by tonight.
Another area of low pressure centered W of the N waters will push
a cold front into the area late tonight through early Fri night.
The complex low will move across the N waters Sat, then move N of
the area Sat night. A secondary surface trough will follow and
move across the waters Sat night into Sun as yet another low
pressure dives SE toward the N waters. The developing low will
move into the N waters late Sun night into Mon. The low will
weaken late Mon and Mon night along the central coast.
