New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure centered just E
of Cape Cod will move slowly NE over the waters today and then 
pass E of the region later today and tonight. Another low will 
approach the area from the W tonight, then track E across the 
Gulf of Maine Wed and Wed night while pulling a cold front SE 
across the region. Weak high pressure will build E over the area 
Thu and Thu night. A warm front will lift NE across the area Fri,
followed by yet another low and cold front moving NE near the 
coast Fri night into Sat. High pressure will then slowly build in
from the SW late Sat and Sat night.
