New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure over the waters
early tonight will pass E of the area later tonight as a warm 
front approaches from the SW. Rapidly intensifying low pressure 
will move NE along the New England coast Sun into Sun night, 
while lifting the warm front NE across the waters. A strong cold
front will move E across the waters Sun night, followed by a 
secondary cold front Mon and Mon night. High pressure will 
slowly build in from the W Tue through Wed night, and then move 
E over the waters Thu into Thi night. A developing warm front 
will approach from the S late Thu night
