from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak cold front or surface
trough moving over the waters will weaken today, as another
surface trough develops over the waters today and continues
tonight. Another cold front will approach the area from the W
early tonight, then as low pressure moves E just N of the waters
Thu, the cold front will push through the N and central waters
early Thu and into the S waters late Thu before passing E of the
area early Fri. Another front will emerge off of the mid-
Atlantic coast Fri and slowly move S into the S waters Fri night
and Sat. By Sat night, low pressure will move off of the SE U.S.
coast along that front, moving ENE Sat night and Sun, and then
passing to the NE of the area by Sun night. A cold front
extending SW from the low will move well E of the S waters Sun
night. High pressure builds in from the W overnight Sun night.
