.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough near the coast will persist tonight through Thu night, and
then weaken Fri and Fri night. High pressure will gradually build
in from the W tonight, persist through Fri, and then weaken Fri
night into Sat. A cold front will approach from the W early Sat
and cross the waters late Sat into Sat night. A weak low will 
develop along the front by Sun, move NE toward Vancouver Island, 
then inland Sun night. A warm front will lift NE over region Mon,
followed by another cold front approaching the waters from the W
Mon night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will build into
the area from the W and NW tonight, then persist through Sat
night while slowly drifting E and weakening. A low pressure
trough currently along the California coast will persist through
Fri, and then weaken Fri night through Sat night. A weakening 
cold front will approach the N and central waters early Sat, move
slowly E and SE across the N waters late Sat and Sat night, then
move across the central waters Sun into Sun night before 
dissipating. A warm front will lift NE and move away from the N 
waters Mon into Mon night as high pressure builds to the W of the
S waters and a low pressure trough begins to strengthen near the
southern California coast. Another cold front will approach the 
NW portion of the waters late Mon night.
