.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal trough will persist
along the California coast tonight through Tue night night. High
pressure across the region will will weaken Fri through Sat 
night ahead of a series of cold fronts. The first cold front will
approach the area from the NW tonight, then weaken and dissipate
over the northern waters as it drifts SE across the area later 
tonight and Fri. Another cold front will approach the area late 
Fri, then move across the northern waters before dissipating 
across the central portions Sat. High pressure will build back 
across the region Sun through Mon, then persist across most of 
the waters through Tue night. Yet another cold front will 
approach the northern areas from the NW late Tue, then drift 
into the northern waters Tue night.
