.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moves into the waters early this
morning, remaining nearly stationary later today through Wed.
Weak low pressure moves E across the area along the front tonight
and Wed, and behind the low a front will linger over the waters,
remaining nearly stationary over the area Wed night through early
Thu. The front will move back N again as a warm front Thu and Thu
night. A cold front once more settles S over the area Fri, pushes
just S of the waters Fri night, and then gradually lifts back N
yet again as a warm front Sat and Sat night.
