 .SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the southern and central waters<br/>
 will persist tonight through Thu, then shift SE Thu night through<br/>
 Sat night. A weak cold front will move across the northern<br/>
 portions later tonight, then stall across the outer waters Wed<br/>
 through Wed night before dissipating. A warm front will lift<br/>
 across the northern waters Wed night, followed by yet another<br/>
 cold front. The cold front will stall across the northern waters<br/>
 Thu. Low pressure will form along the front and slowly drift N<br/>
 Fri while lifting a warm front across the northern portions<br/>
 through Sat. A cold front associated with the low will slowly<br/>
 move E across the northern and central waters Fri through Sat,<br/>
 then clear E of the waters Sat night. Another warm front will<br/>
 lift N across the northern and central waters Sat night and Sun<br/>
 ahead of a strong approaching cold front. The cold front will<br/>
 move offshore late Sun, then sweep E across the region through<br/>
 Sun night. <br/>
