 .SYNOPSIS...Weakening low pressure with a warm front will move NE<br/>
 over the waters this evening through Thu. A high pressure ridge<br/>
 over the northern waters will shift E of the area tonight. A cold<br/>
 front will approach the area from the W Thu, move offshore Thu<br/>
 night, then pass SE across the waters Fri and Fri night while<br/>
 weakening. Another ridge will build E over the waters Sat and Sat<br/>
 night, then persist Sun and Sun night. The ridge will weaken Mon<br/>
 and Mon night as a cold front approaches the mid Atlantic coast<br/>
 from the NW. <br/>
