.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure over the waters will persist
tonight through Wed night. High pressure center will slightly
recede SW Thu and Thu night, and will remain W of S California
waters Fri through Sun night. A low pressure trough along
California coast will persist tonight through Wed night, then
weaken Thu and Thu night. A cold front will approach the northern
and central California waters Fri, then move E over the N and
central waters Fri night into Sun night.
