 .SYNOPSIS...High pressure weakens tonight as a weak cold front<br/>
 crosses the northern waters. High pressure will remain anchored<br/>
 to the SW of the area through Mon night with a ridge returning E<br/>
 over the waters Sat into Sun night. Meanwhile, a coastal trough<br/>
 develops N along the Oregon coast Sun through Mon night. High<br/>
 pressure weakens slightly as a weak cold front moves over the<br/>
 waters Tuesday and Tuesday night. High pressure to the SW<br/>
 strengthens again Wednesday with ridging extending east over the<br/>
 waters.  <br/>
