.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge to the W of the waters will
remain strong tonight through Thu. The ridge will weaken Thu
night into Fri as low pressure and a weak cold front approaches
the area from the W. Low pressure and a cold front will move E
into the waters Fri night into Sat. The low pressure will stall
over the waters Sat into Sun night as the cold front moves E and
SE of the area.
