.SYNOPSIS...A weak low will move SE over the waters tonight
before dissipating Sat or Sat night. High pressure centered W of
the area will extend E into the waters Sat night through Sun. A
weak coastal trough will develop along the S Oregon coast Sun
night, then shift inland Mon and Mon night while stronger high
pressure builds E towards the area Tue and Tue night. The coastal
trough will persist into Wed night.
