 .SYNOPSIS... A high pressure ridge over the waters will weaken<br/>
 tonight into Thu night as a weakening cold front moves into the<br/>
 area tonight into Thu. The front will dissipate over the region<br/>
 Thu night. The ridge will rebuild and strengthen over the area<br/>
 Fri, then persist into Sat night. A cold front will move E into<br/>
 the waters Sat before dissipating Sat night. High pressure will<br/>
 build into the area from the W Sun and Sun night and persist into<br/>
 Mon night.  <br/>
