 England.<br/>

 Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average<br/>
 height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be<br/>
 more than twice the significant wave height.<br/>
 <br/>
 Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.<br/>

 .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure just SE of<br/>
 Nova Scotia will drift E and NE today into tonight, and then<br/>
 accelerate more to the NE while passing near and then E of<br/>
 Newfoundland later tonight through Mon night. A series of low<br/>
 pressure troughs associated with the low will move SE over the<br/>
 area today into Mon night. A weak cold front will move SE across<br/>
 the waters Tue. High pressure will build SE over the waters<br/>
 behind the front Tue night into Wed, then move E and SE of the<br/>
 area by Wed night as a warm front lifts NE across the area.<br/>
 Another cold front will approach the coast from the W and NW late<br/>
 Wed night, then move SE across the waters Thu and Thu night. <br/>
