beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will shift E of the
area tonight into Wed. A low pressure area will track NE over the
far SE portions of the waters tonight into Wed. A strong cold
front will approach the coast early Wed, and then move E and SE
across the waters later Wed into Thu. A strong secondary cold
front will move E across the northern waters later Thu into Fri
as another high pressure area builds E across the S and central
portions into Fri night. The high will then shift E of the region
later Fri night into Sat before a developing low pressure system
moves NE along the Mid-Atlantic coast. The low will track to the
NE of the waters Sun and Sun night while intensifying, and while
pulling a series of cold fronts across the region.
