.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
continue to move S across the waters today into tonight. High
pressure will build back across the waters later tonight into Tue
night. Later Tue night into Wed, a trough or weak cold front will
approach the area and move SE across the waters. High pressure
will expand W of the waters while a coastal trough persists Wed
into Wed night. High pressure will weaken on Thu as another cold
front approaches and moves through the waters Thu night. The cold
front will dissipate and move inland Fri before a strong low and
associated warm front moves N of the waters Fri night.
