Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong high
pressure center over and just W of the waters will stay in place
through tonight, the center of the high pressure gradually
weakens and will shift W and SW of the area early Fri through Sun
while extending a ridge E and NE over the waters. High pressure
will build back E over the waters Sun night through Mon night. A
coastal trough will expand N from the Oregon coast today, and
extend along Washington coast and along Vancouver island through
Sat while becoming weaker. A coastal trough will redevelop along
the Oregon coast Sun night through Mon night.
