.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist over the area
today, then shift N tonight as a rapidly intensifying low
pressure area passes to the S and SE of the waters. A strong cold
front will move E across the region Sat and Sat night as another
rapidly intensifying low passes S and SE of the area. The low
will strengthen through Sun as it continues moving well E and NE
of the region. A series of low pressure troughs will move S and
SE across the waters Sun into Tue. A high pressure ridge will
build offshore Tue and Tue night. Mariners should monitor the
latest forecasts while considering avoidance plans as needed.
