.SYNOPSIS...A cold front is S and E of the area and a low
pressure trough will cross the waters tonight, followed by high
pressure building E over the area Mon. The high will shift E of
the waters Mon night. The front to the S will then return N as a
warm front Tue into Tue night, and lift N of the waters early
Wed. The next cold front will reach the coast late Wed, then move
E and SE over the area Wed night. The front will stall to the S
and E of the waters Thu through Fri night with a series of weak
low pressure areas forming along the boundary and moving NE.
