Probabilistic Wind Speed Guidance

The Ocean Prediction Center is making available, on an experimental basis, forecast images that depict the probability of 10-meter winds reaching or exceeding various thresholds (e.g greater than or equal to 34 knots). The probabilities are produced from both the the North American Ensemble Forecast System (NAEFS) and the Global Ensemble Forecast System (GEFS). Use the links below to view the images.
