.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move slowly S across the N portions
today, then stall over the central waters tonight into Sun. Low
pressure will develop just E of the southern waters this morning,
then lift N across the outer portions Sat night and Sun while
gradually strengthening. The low will turn more NE Sun night and
clear well NE of the area Mon, while pulling the front S and SE
across the remainder of the waters. High pressure will build S
along the coast tonight into Sun night, settle offshore Mon into
Tue, then shift to the S portions later Tue through Wed night. A
cold front will approach from the NW Tue night, move into the N
portions Wed, then slow across the central areas Wed night.
Tropical Storm Gabrielle will likely pass well E of the waters as
a hurricane Mon and Mon night. For more information on Gabrielle
please see the latest advisory from the National Hurricane
Center. Long period easterly swells generated by Gabrielle will
begin to move across the waters early Sun into early next week.
