.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the S waters will pass S of the
region tonight, stall S of the area Sun into Tue night, then lift
slowly N over the waters Wed into Thu night. High pressure will
move very slowly E across the N and central waters tonight
through Tue night, then shift E of the area and weaken Wed and
Wed night. A weak trough will form along the Carolina coast Sun,
then dissipate Mon. Another high will build N and NE of the
region Tue and Tue night, then move E of the region Wed into Thu
while maintaining a ridge axis over the N and central waters.
