.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist south of Cape Fear
today through Mon night. A cold front will move SE across the N
and central portions later this afternoon into tonight, then
across the southern areas near Cape Fear Mon and Mon night while
weakening. The front will stall over or just S of Cape Fear and
gradually dissipate Tue as the high pressure weakens. Another
high pressure area will build SE offshore behind the cold front
Tue and Tue night, persist into Wed, then shift SE and E of the
area Wed night and Thu. A cold front will very slowly approach
the region from the NW Thu night.
