.SYNOPSIS...A warm front across the far N portions will lift N of
the area tonight. A cold front will move offshore later tonight
into Thu, and then stall across the S waters Thu night through
Fri night. Low pressure will develop along the front Thu night
into Fri, intensify NE across the outer waters Fri night, then
clear well NE of the area Sat and Sat night. A series of low
pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts will move SE across the
waters Sat and Sat night. Strong high pressure will build SE
toward the coast Sun and Sun night, then persist into Mon night.
