.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will slowly retreat to the SE later
today into Tue, then prevail S of the area through the rest of
the period while slowly weakening. A coastal trough will develop
Mon, and persist into Thu night. Otherwise, a series of weak cold
fronts will stall near or just N of the waters Mon into Wed
night. A potentially stronger cold front will approach from the
NW Thu, and then move SE over the N and possibly central waters
Thu night.
