.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move E of the waters today
,then stall just S and E of the waters tonight. High pressure
will then build over the waters behind the front today and
persist through Wed night. Low pressure will track N along the
Atlantic Coast from the S Wed night, and gradually move NE while
strengthening through Fri. The low will then continue to the NE
through Sat night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is out of service.
