.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will be centered W of the N waters
tonight through Thu, then begin to weaken as it moves towards the
N waters Thu night into Fri. Broad and weak ridging will move
into W parts of the area Sat through Mon night. A trough will
remain in place along the N and Central California coast tonight
through Thu then dissipate Thu night. Another weak trough will 
form along the entire California coast Sat through Mon night.
