.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the northern and central waters
this morning will transition into a remnant trough. A second cold
front enters the northern waters today and will weaken while
becoming stationary over the central waters tonight into Thu.
Troughing persists Thu night into Fri as surface low pressure
moves inland to the north and a very weak surface low passes N to
S through the outer waters by Sat into Sat night. A ridge of high
pressure begins building back into northern waters Sun into Sun
night.
