.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure trough will persist over interior
California today through Tue while an area of high pressure W of
the southern waters extends a ridge E across the southern waters.
A cold front will move slowly SE across the N waters today and
tonight and the central waters Tue and Tue night, then dissipate
across the southern waters on Wed. A second cold front will move
SE across the northern and central waters Wed and Wed night, then
weaken as it moves into the southern waters Thu and Thu night. A
high pressure ridge will build across the NW waters Thu night
through Fri night, as low pressure develops inland over
California.
