.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the NW water will move SE over the
rest of waters tonight, then dissipate by Sun night. High
pressure will gradually build in from the W and NW through Sun
night behind the front. A coastal trough along the central and S
areas will intensify Sun night through Tue night while expanding
N along the coast. The trough will then persist through Thu
night.
