.SYNOPSIS...A weakening area of high pressure will be across the
central and S waters today into Fri. Weak low pressure will lift
NE through the northern waters early tonight into early Fri with
a cold front pushing E across the N waters, then the central
waters and into the S waters Fri night and early Sat. High
pressure will build in over the N and central waters Sat and Sat
night and persist over this region through  Mon night. A weak
trough will form over central and S California coastal areas Sun
and persist into Mon night. The USCG transmitter at Point Reyes
California is experiencing technical difficulties. Technicians
are aware of the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.
