.SYNOPSIS...A trough along the California coast will persist
through Mon night, then weaken Tue. The trough will restrengthen
slightly Wed night, persist through Thu night, then strengthen
further Fri into Fri night. A ridge will continue across the NW
portion through Thu, then weaken Thu night as a cold front
approaches from the NW. The front will press SE into the waters
Fri and Fri night.
