.SYNOPSIS...A weak coastal trough along the California coast will
shift inland early tonight. High pressure W of the waters will
gradually build E into the central and southern waters tonight
through Wed. A cold front will move S into the northern waters
Tue night, while a second cold front farther S moves E into the
central waters. The ridge will move S away from the area Wed
night as the southern cold front pushes E through the central
waters. The front will then move over the southern waters Thu and
Thu night. The associated area of low pressure will move E into
the central waters late Wed into Wed night, then slowly drift SE
through the waters Thu and Thu night while gradually weakening.
The low will dissipate as it moves inland along the S California
coast Fri. The coastal trough will redevelop along the N
California coast Wed night and persist through Fri night.
