.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the southern waters will dissipate
tonight into Wed. High pressure building into the northern and
central waters behind the front will continue doing so tonight
into Wed. The high will gradually drift N through Fri. A trough
across interior California tonight, will gradually strengthen and
drift toward the coast through Thu night, then persist through
Sun night.
