.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will lift N through the outer central
waters tonight and Wed, then lift N of the area Wed night. The
low will stall just N of the area Thu through Fri night, then
pass inland N of the area Sat while dissipating. A high pressure
ridge will build into the central and S waters Wed, then persist
through Sun night. A low pressure trough will persist just inland
along the N and central California coasts tonight through Sun
night. Another weak trough will develop along the S California
coast late Wed, and persist through Sun night.
