.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist W of the area today
through Thu night while weakening, before another high builds NW
of the waters Fri into Sat night. A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast today through Wed night,
slowly strengthen Thu into Fri night, then gradually weaken Sat
and Sat night. A weak cold front will move over the N portion Fri
night, then dissipate Sat into Sat night.
