.SYNOPSIS...A trough will persist over the northern waters
tonight through Thu before dissipating Thu night. Additionally a
trough along the California coast will persist tonight through
Fri night. The coastal trough will slowly begin dissipate as
strong cold front will approach the N waters late Sat into Sat
night.
