.SYNOPSIS...Strong low pressure just NW of the outer Washington
waters will continue gradually weakening tonight into Thu while
drifting WNW. Another area of low pressure will develop W of the
northern California waters Thu, then rapidly intensify to storm
force Thu night and Fri as it moves NE across the waters. The low
will stall just N of the waters Fri night through early Sun as a
weak frontal boundary develops extending S from the low across
the waters. The boundary will remain stationary through Mon
night, with a new weak area of low pressure developing along the
boundary across the far SW portion of the outer Oregon waters Mon
night.
