.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will build to the W of the
waters tonight into Sun, then persist into Mon night. A low
pressure trough will strengthen from the southern Oregon coast
southward tonight into Mon night. Both the trough and high will
begin to slowly weaken Tue as a weak cold front slides SE into
the NW waters Tue into Wed night while dissipating. Another
weakening cold front will move SE into the far northern waters
Thu and Thu night while the high pressure centered W of the
northern California waters and a coastal trough over northern
California persist.
