.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough along the Washington and Oregon
coasts will slowly move inland overnight and into Sat. Meanwhile,
Sat evening and into Sun, high pressure will become centered well
offshore to the W and slowly shift northward. A low pressure
trough will develop for coastal Oregon Sun and remain through
Mon. Meanwhile, high pressure then shifts SW of the waters as a
trough approaches by Tue. A cold front enters the waters Tue
evening and stalls across the waters Wed into Wed night.
