.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough just inland extending from
Oregon all the way through Vancouver Island will persist tonight
through Tue night then weaken Wed and dissipate Wed night. A warm
front will pass over the waters Thu and Thu night before a strong
cold front will pass over the waters late Fri night into Sat and
Sat night.
