.SYNOPSIS...A weak high pressure ridge will slowly move E across
the waters ttoday. A weakening cold front will enter the waters
from the W today, and will dissipate as it crosses the waters
tonight. High pressure will rebuild W of the area tonight into
Sat night and then remain in place through Tue night. A cold
front will move S over the region Mon night through Tue night, as
a weak low pressure area forms over far NW Washington Tue night.
