.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move SE into the waters late
today into tonight before quickly dissipating, followed by a
second cold front that will move S through the waters Tue into
Tue night. High pressure will build W of the waters Tue night,
then persist through Fri night. A weak coastal trough will
develop along the Oregon coast Wed, then persist into Thu night.
Farther N, a trough will develop along the coast of Vancouver
Island Tue, strengthen Wed night, then persist into Fri night.
