Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening cold
front will move slowly E and SE over the waters today, and then
stall over the Oregon waters and dissipate tonight as high
pressure builds over the waters. The high will weaken over the
area Wed and Wed night as another cold front approaches from the
W. The cold front will move E over the area Thu and Thu night,
and then reach the coast early Fri while weakening. A high
pressure ridge will build NE across the waters Fri into Fri
night. A warm front will lift NE over the NW waters late Fri
night into Sat, followed by a cold front approaching from the W.
The cold front will move E into the outer waters Sat night.
