Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening front
will be along the coastal areas through the afternoon while a
nearly stationary front will extend SW from the southern coastal
areas into this evening then lift NE as warm front over the
waters in advance of approaching low pressure tonight. The low
pressure will track NE over the outer Washington waters Fri and
pass N of the waters Fri night. An associated cold front will
push E and SE over the S waters later tonight and Fri. Another
cold front will push E across the waters Sat and Sat night and
move inland early Sun. High pressure will build over the waters
Sun night into Mon night.
