height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure
ridging will remain positioned from the N waters to just W of the
Central and S waters tonight through early Mon, then shift back W
Mon night. A cold front will move quickly NW to SE across the
waters Mon night. Thereafter, the N to S oriented ridge will
intensify Tue into Wed, remaining just W of the regional waters,
then persist in place Wed night through Thu night before
weakening a bit Fri and Fri night. A trough along the S Oregon
coast tonight will weaken late into Mon, then redevelop Tue along
both the Oregon and Washington coasts, and persist through early
Thu before weakening Thu night through Fri night.
