Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist through Wed night across most of the waters, then drift W
of the area Thu and Thu night. A trough will persist along or
just offshore of the Oregon coast through Mon night before
dissipating. Weak low pressure to the W of the waters will lift a
warm front across the far outer waters later Tue and Tue night. A
coastal trough will extend from the S along the Oregon coast Wed
night and Thu, then weaken Thu night. A cold front will approach
the area from the NW Thu, then move across the northern half of
the area Thu night. Another strong high pressure center will
approach the waters from the W Thu night.
