Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
remain stationary across the SE portion today. The ridge will
gradually weaken tonight and Wed as a cold front approaches the
far NW waters. The front will move very slowly SE into the far
outer waters tonight, then remain nearly stationary Wed and Wed
night. The front will drift back W of the waters Thu, then move
back E into the area Thu night. Low pressure will develop along
the front W or SW of the waters Thu night, then lift NE into the
waters Fri and Fri night, then meander over the N waters through
Sat night.
