.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough just inland extending from Oregon all the way through
Vancouver Island will persist tonight through Tue night then
weaken Wed and dissipate Wed night. A warm front will pass over
the waters Thu and Thu night before a strong cold front will pass
over the waters late Fri night into Sat and Sat night.
