.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong high
pressure ridge will remain just W of the area today, then slowly
weaken into Thu. The ridge will expand SW of the area on Fri and
Sat. A low pressure trough along the coast of Washington and
Oregon today will gradually weaken through Thu then persist into
Sat and dissipate by Sat night.
