.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Complex low pressure
will persist over the area tonight and Wed while slowly
weakening, then dissipate near the Oregon coast Wed night. A low
pressure trough will develop along the coast Thu night, and
persist through Fri night. A weak cold front will move E across
the waters Fri and Fri night then dissipate along the coast Sat.
High pressure will build W of the region Sat then persist into
Sun while a coastal trough develops Sat night.
