Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist across most of the area through early Fri, then weaken
later Fri as a cold front approaches the waters. The cold front
will move E across the waters Fri night and Sat, then move inland
Sat night. A weak low may form on the front Sat afternoon
crossing the outer Washington waters. Another area of low
pressure will move E into the waters Sun, while weakening, then
move inland later Sun night into Mon. A strengthening pressure
gradient will develop across the waters later Sun night through
Mon night as strong high pressure builds to the W. A trough will
move SE across the waters Tue and Tue night as the strong high
pressure remains centered W and SW of the region. Astoria NAVTEX
is reported down. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
