.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A High pressure
ridge axis will persist across the waters tonight. A cold front
will weaken as it moves into the area Fri. The front will
continue SE over waters Fri night and Sat. High pressure will
build across the NW portion behind the front Sat and Sat night,
then slowly retreat W of the area Sun into Mon as a low pressure
trough develops along Vancouver island. The trough will persist
through Tue night while the ridge axis gradually weakens.
