.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move SE of the area this morning. Strong high pressure will 
build to the W of the waters today, then persist into Mon night. 
A low pressure trough will strengthen from the southern Oregon 
coast southward tonight into Mon night. Both the trough and high 
will begin to slowly weaken Tue as a weak cold front slides SE 
into the NW waters Tue into Wed night while dissipating.
