Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast tonight through Mon night while strong high
pressure remains stationary W of the waters. A cold front will
reach the NW waters Mon and dissipate Mon night. High pressure
will build back into the northern waters Tue into Tue night while
a strong high remains anchored W of the waters.
