.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain in
place well W of the N waters tonight through early Wed. The ridge
will elongate into a N to S oriented ridge and intensify well W
of the N and Central waters Wed through Fri. A trough will remain
positioned along the N and Central California coast tonight then
weaken on Mon. The trough will restrengthen Tue into Wed, then
persist thru Fri night.
