.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will rebuild
across the waters today through Wed night and persist over the
central and S waters Thu through Fri night, then shift to the S
waters Sat and Sat night. A weakening cold front will approach
from the NW Wed night, then move into the far NW portion Thu,
before dissipating Thu night. A second cold front will move into
the far NW portion Fri night, then move across the northern and 
central waters Sat and Sat night.
