.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist over
the northern and central waters today through Mon night, then
weaken Tue and Tue night as a cold front moves into the region.
The cold front will move into the central waters Wed as high
pressure builds across the northern waters. A low pressure trough
along the California coast will continue through Tue night then
weaken as the cold front approaches Wed.
