New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move SE
across the waters today. High pressure will build SE over the
waters behind the front tonight into Wed, then move E and SE of
the area Wed night as a warm front lifts NE across the area.
Another cold front will approach the area late Thu, then move SE
across the waters Thu night. A series of secondary cold fronts or
low pressure troughs will cross the waters Fri. High pressure
will build offshore Fri night, move across the waters Sat, then
shift E of the area Sat night while maintaining a ridge across
the waters.
