New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will slide off
to the E of the area tonight. A warm front will NE over the area
later tonight into Mon. A cold front will approach Mon night
then stall over the waters early Tue. The front lifts N of the
area later Tue into Wed followed by a cold front moving E and SE
across the waters Wed night. The front will stall just S of the
area Thu into Thu night as high pressure passes N and then NE of
the region. The front will return N as a warm front late Thu
night into Fri, followed by a cold front moving S into the area
Fri night.
