New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move E
across the area today. A secondary cold front will move E over
the area tonight, followed by a series of surface troughs moving
across the waters tonight through Sun around broad low pressure
NE of the waters. High pressure will build into the region late
Sun and Sun night. A warm front will approach from the S Mon,
with low pressure and the warm front moving into the area late
Mon and Mon night. A cold front will push E across the waters Mon
night through Tue night, as the low passes N of the area.
