New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure persists across
the waters this morning, while a stationary front lingers to the
S of the area. The high moves E early today, allowing the front 
to slowly lift N as a warm front. The warm front moves into the 
waters later today, then low pressure and a cold front move into
the area off the New England coast tonight. The low and front 
move E of the area Fri and Fri night, with the low then 
intensifying and broadening along and just E Nova Scotia Sat 
through Sun night. A series of low pressure troughs associated 
with the low will move through the waters Sat through Sun night. 
The low begins to slowly weaken and move E away from the area Mon
and Mon night allowing high pressure to gradually build into the
area.
