.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Several surface troughs will
move SE across the area today through Sat morning. High pressure
will build in across the waters tonight through Sat, then low
pressure will rapidly intensify and expand in areal coverage
from S to N Sat and Sat night. The intense low will gradually
move NE Sat night through Sun, being centered S of Nova Scotia
late Sun night and approaching Newfoundland Mon. Another series
of surface troughs will move S across the waters behind the
intense low Mon through Tue, with a cold front approaching the
waters from the N Tue night. Mariners should monitor the
forecasts for Sat and beyond, preparing to execute avoidance
plans from the powerful intense low pressure system.
