New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will 
persist SE of the waters tonight as a series of low pressure 
centers track NE along the boundary, before the front moves 
further E of the area Mon into Mon night. High pressure will 
build E over the region Mon and Mon night, then shift E of the 
area Tue. Low pressure will approach from the SW Tue night, then 
slowly move NE along the New England coast Wed through Thu night 
while pulling a cold front E through the waters. The low will 
continue moving NE along the New England coast Thu night, then 
slowly pass NE of the waters Fri and Fri night as a low pressure 
trough moves across the waters.
