Offshore Waters Forecast

New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A broad surface trough will
remain over the area early today. A cold front will approach 
from the N and move into the waters today, then slowly push S 
across the area tonight before stalling just S of the waters 
Sun. High pressure will build over the waters behind the front 
Sun night and Mon. The high will slowly shift E Mon night as low 
pressure moves E along the front just S of the area through Tue 
night, then E and NE of the area through Wed night. High pressure
will build across the area Wed and Wed night as the low departs.
