New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
pass E of the waters tonight as low pressure and an associated
cold front move E over New England. The low and front will cross
the area Wed, with the strengthening low passing E of the waters
and the front passing E and S of the area by late Wed into Wed
night. A series of low pressure troughs will cross the area Wed
night into Fri night. High pressure will pass S of the waters
early Sat as a cold front approaches from the NW. The front will
quickly move E and SE through the area later Sat and Sat night.
Another high will build overhead Sun and Sun night.
