New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will persist
across the waters this morning, move to the N portions later
today into Mon, then shift W along the inner portions Mon night 
through Tue night while weakening. Low pressure centered off the
southern Delmarva coast this morning will track slowly E while 
passing just S of the area today into Tue, then continue moving 
to the E and SE of the waters Tue night into Wed. A low pressure 
trough will move W into the area Tue night into Wed, then stall 
Wed night. Another low pressure will approach from the SW Wed 
night, then lift slowly NE over the waters Thu and Thu night 
while strengthening.
