New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Weak high pressure will pass
E of the waters tonight, as a weak low pressure trough forms near
the coast. A stationary front S of the area will return N as a
warm front Sat, and lift N of the area by late Sat night as the
next cold front approaches the coast. The cold front will cross
the area Sun morning, and pass S and E of the waters late Sun
into Sun night. High pressure will move E over the waters Mon
while weakening. The front to the S will then return N as a warm
front Tue into Tue night, and lift N of the waters by early Wed.
Another cold front will move slowly E into the waters Wed into
Wed night.
