New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will move across
or just S of the S waters tonight into Thu, while pulling a
secondary cold front across the area Thu into Thu night. High 
pressure will build across the region Fri into Sun as low 
pressure passes S of the area. The high will weaken Sun night, 
with another area of high pressure then moving E across the area 
later Sun night through Mon night.
