New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move across
the waters late tonight into early Sun, then clear E and SE of
the area by late Sun. Strong high pressure will build across New
England Sun night and Mon, then move E across the waters Mon
night. The high will pass E of the waters late Tue as a warm
front lifts N over the area. Low pressure will develop along the
warm front and lift NE across the area early Tue night, with a
trailing cold front crossing the waters late Tue night into early
Wed. High pressure will build over the region late Wed, then
slide off to the E of the area Wed night as another warm front
lifts N across the waters. A cold front will follow for Thu and
Thu night. Please be advised the NAVTEX station at Boston, MA,
has been reported as inoperative.
