Offshore Waters Forecast

New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge 
will move E over the area tonight into Sat as a dissipating low  
pressure trough moves over the waters. A warm front will approach
from the S Sat night and Sun, then move slowly N through the area
Sun night into Mon. A cold front will move SE over the waters 
Mon night, then stall over the area while slowly dissipating Tue
and Tue night. High pressure will build SE across the region Tue
night into Wed, then shift E of the waters Wed night.
