New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong high pressure builds
S across the area tonight into Wed, while a stationary front 
persists S of the waters. The high shifts E later Wed and Wed 
night. Low pressure develops along the stalled front Wed, then 
remains nearly stationary just S of the area Wed night through 
Thu night while broadening and strengthening. The low drifts N 
across the area Fri into Sat, then remains nearly stationary 
across the waters later Sat through Sun night while slowly 
weakening. Mariners should continue monitoring forecasts for the 
low pressure, and consider avoidance plans as needed. This will 
be a long duration event for the mid-Atlantic and New England 
coasts, impactful to the mariner.
