New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will persist
across the area this evening, then shift E of the waters late
tonight into Sat. A cold front will approach from the W and NW
Sat, move across the waters Sat night into Sun, then clear E and
SE of the area by late Sun and Sun night. Strong high pressure
will build SE across the area Sun night into Tue, then shift E of
the waters Tue night as a warm front lifts N over the area.
Another cold front will reach the coast later Tue night, then
pass across the waters Wed and Wed night. Please be advised the
NAVTEX station at Boston, MA, has been reported as inoperative.
