New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will pass S of
the waters tonight into Sun as a cold front quickly moves SE
through the area. Another high will build SE into the area Sun
and Sun night, then shift E and NE of the region Mon and Mon
night as intensifying low pressure passes S of the area. Another
cold front will approach from the NW Tue, then move offshore Tue
night into Wed. A high pressure ridge will build E over the
region Wed, then shift E of the area Wed night as another
intensifying low pressure center tracks E across the far S
waters. Another high will build SE across the region Thu and Thu
night. Mariners should consider avoidance plans and monitor the
latest forecasts.
