Offshore Waters Forecast

New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move S of
the waters early today, then stall later today S of the area off
of the Delmarva peninsula as high pressure builds in behind the 
front. High pressure then remains over most of the area through 
Mon. The high shifts E Mon night as the front moves back N as a 
warm front. The front moves into or very near the S waters late 
Mon night, and low pressure will develop along the front Tue. Low
pressure gradually moves E of the area overnight Tue through 
Wed, then high pressure returns to the waters for Wed night and 
Thu. High pressure moves E Thu night as a surface trough develops
over the waters, ahead of a cold front approaching from the NW.
