New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
shift E of the area today. A cold front will approach from the W
early tonight, then move slowly offshore late tonight into Thu 
night as low pressure slowly tracks E off of the southern New 
England coast. A stronger low will track NE while passing E of 
the area late Thu and Thu night. The first low will slowly move 
E and NE of the waters late Fri into Fri night. Another high
pressure ridge will build E into the area late Fri night into
Sat, and slide E and SE of the waters Sat night. The next cold 
front will approach from the W and NW Sat night, and move over
the waters Sun into Sun night. High pressure will move E into the
region late Sun night as the front passes E and S of the waters.
