New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure across the
outer waters this evening will shift E of the region early
tonight. A cold front will move S over the region late tonight
into Fri. Another high will build SE across the region Fri night
into Sat, then shift E of the waters Sat night. A warm front will
lift N into the area Sun and Sun night, before low pressure
moves E across the waters late Sun night and Mon while pulling a
cold front over the area. The front will stall S of the waters
Mon night into Tue night as the low slowly strengthens. Yet
another high will build N of the region Mon and Mon night, then
continue Tue and Tue night.
