New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure persists over
the waters today, while a stationary front remains draped across
the far S portions. The high moves E of the area later today,
allowing the front to lift N across the area tonight as a warm
front. A cold front moves to the coast Thu, then pushes E and SE
across the waters Thu night and Fri. High pressure builds E
across the area later Fri into Sat, then shifts E Sat night into
Sun ahead of the next approaching cold front. This next cold
front reaches the New England coast later Sun and Sun night.
