New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure NE of
Newfoundland will continue moving NE from the area tonight as a
series of low pressure troughs cross the waters. A high pressure
ridge will move E over the region late tonight into Wed. A warm
front will lift NE across the area Wed, followed by a series of
cold fronts moving E across the waters later Wed into Thu.
High pressure will build SE across the region Thu into Fri, then
shift E of the area Fri night into Sat. Another low will track E
just S of the waters Thu night into Fri. A cold front will move
across the waters Sat night, then pass E of the area Sun and Sun
night as another high builds SE towards the region.
