Offshore Waters Forecast

New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will drift N into
the far southern waters early this morning, and then stall over
the far S waters during the day today as developing low pressure
tracks E along the boundary. The low will gradually move E of
the area late tonight through Wed. High pressure returns to the 
waters Wed night into early Thu. High pressure moves E late Thu, 
Thu night into Fri as a surface low pressure trough develops 
over the western part of the waters, ahead of a cold front 
approaching from the NW. The cold front will move E and SE over 
the area late Fri and Fri night into early Sat. High pressure 
will build in from the NW late Sat and Sat night.
