New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure centered about
50 nm NE of Atlantic City, New Jersey this morning will drift NW
and become nearly stationary along the New Jersey coast today 
into Mon while weakening, then move NE across Cape Cod and the 
Gulf of Maine later Mon into Tue night. Meanwhile, strong high 
pressure centered N of the area will drifting E today. The high 
will turn SE and move over Newfoundland tonight and Mon, then 
continue moving E away from the area early next week. A weak high
pressure ridge will build into the waters Wed and Wed night. The
ridge will move E Thu and Thu night as a cold front approaches 
the coast.
