New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build over
the area today, then persist over the region tonight into Mon
night before shifting S and E of the area Tue and Tue night. A
low pressure trough will form near the coast Mon night before a
warm front extends E over the waters Tue night into Wed.
Associated weak low pressure will move E into the waters late Wed
or Wed night pushing the front E and NE across the waters before
becoming absorbed later Wed night. A trailing cold front will
cross the waters later Wed night, and move E of the area Thu. A
series of secondary cold fronts or low pressure troughs will
cross the waters Thu and Thu night.
