New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS... A cold front will approach
the region from the W tonight into Sat as low pressure moves into
New England. The front will move E across the waters later Sat
and Sat night, as the low tracks over or just N of the Gulf of
Maine. The low will slowly move E away from the area Sun into
Mon, as high pressure builds in from the W. The high will persist
in the area into Tue, then move E of the region later Tue and
Tue night as yet another cold front approaches from the W. The
front will cross the waters later Tue night into Wed, before
pushing E of the region Wed night.
