New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure over the waters
will move S of the area tonight. Another cold front will move S 
across the area late Wed and Wed night, as the associated low 
pressure passes by to the E of the area. The cold front will move
S of the area Thu, followed by a secondary cold front moving S 
through the area Thu night. Weak ridging will pass across the 
waters Fri, then shift E Fri night as a warm front moves offshore
into the area. Associated low pressure will gradually move E 
across the waters late Fri night through Sat night. The low will
slowly move E of the area later Sun into Sun night.
