New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure centered E and SE
of the region will persist through about Wed. A cold front will
approach the waters from the W today, then stall just W of the
area tonight into Wed night as low pressure tracks NE along the
frontal boundary. The cold front will move across the waters
late Wed night into Thu night. A secondary cold front or low
pressure trough will move E over the area Fri. High pressure
will build across the area later Fri and Fri night, then
gradually move E across the region through Sat night. A cold
front will approach the coast Sat night.
