Offshore Waters Forecast

New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will cross the
waters today and tonight. A warm front will approach the coast 
later tonight, then lift N and NE over the area Sun as the 
parent low pressure center approaches the waters. The low and 
associated cold front will move across the waters Sun night into
Mon. High pressure will build across the area behind the front 
late Mon into Mon night, and then persist into Tue night. Another
cold front will move through E and SE the waters Wed and Wed 
night as high pressure builds over northern New England.
