New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pressure trough
extending NW from low pressure SE of the area will move very
slowly W through the waters tonight. The trough will move back E
across the waters Thu, then shift E of the area Thu night, ahead
of an area of low pressure and associated cold front that will
move E across the area Thu and Thu night. The front will move E
of the waters Fri. A high pressure ridge will pass across the
waters Fri night and Sat. A strengthening area of low pressure
will approach the waters late Sat, then pass over or just S of
the S waters Sun before continuing to deepen E and NE of the
waters later Sun through Mon night. High pressure will move into
the region from the W Sun night and persist through Mon night.
