New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will expand
offshore into the area today and tonight before slowly shifting S
and SE of the area Tue and Tue night. A warm front will move
move NE over the northern areas Wed night and trough or weak cold
front will move offshore Thu or Thu night. The front will move S
and E of the area Fri with high pressure briefly building in Fri
night.
