New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Intense low pressure just S 
of Newfoundland this evening will track well NE of the area 
tonight. A high pressure ridge will build E over the region 
tonight into Wed, then shift E of the area later Wed and Wed 
night as a warm front lifts NE across the waters. Another strong 
low will track E over the Gulf of Maine Wed night into Thu while 
pulling a cold front across the area. Another ridge will build E 
over the region Thu night into Fri, then shift E of the area 
later Fri and Fri night. Another strong cold front will cross 
the waters Sat, before a secondary cold front moves offshore Sat 
night. Another warm front will lift N over the area Sun, before a
strong low tracks NE along the coast Sun night while pulling a
cold front across the area.
