New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure over the area 
today will shift S of the waters tonight into Sun. A cold front 
will reach the coast Sun, then move across the waters Sun night 
into Mon. The front will move E of the area later Mon followed by
a warm front Mon night into Tue. Another cold front will drop SE
into the waters Tue night into Wed. The front will move E of the
area Wed night with yet another cold front nearing the coast.
