New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build
across the waters today and persist into Sat. A strong cold 
front will move across the waters Sat and Sat night behind 
rapidly intensifying low pressure to the S and SE of the waters. 
The low will broaden and continue to strengthen through Sun as it
moves well E and NE of the area. High pressure will once again 
build across the waters Sun, then gradually weaken through Mon.
Another cold front will approach from the N Mon, then move 
across the waters Mon night. Mariners should continue to monitor 
later forecasts regarding rapidly intensifying low pressure 
expected to impact the waters this weekend.
