Offshore Waters Forecast

New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will
persist just S of the waters today. A low pressure will form
inland across central VA later today, then intensify while
lifting N into Canada Thu and Thu night. The low will pull the
stationary front N through the waters as a warm front tonight,
and then pull a strong cold front across the waters Thu. A 
second cold front will move offshore later Thu, then cross the 
area Thu night. A third cold front will approach the coast Fri 
and Fri night, and move E over the area Sat and Sat night as an 
associated low pressure area passes S and then SE of the region. 
High pressure will slowly build E toward the coast Sun and Sun 
night.
