New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Weak high pressure will be
across the waters through early this evening, while low pressure
S of the area will rapidly intensify and expand in areal
coverage from S to N through tonight. The intense low will
move NE tonight through Sun while tracking along the outer
waters, and centered S of Nova Scotia by early Sun night and
approaching Newfoundland Mon. A series of surface troughs will
move S across the waters behind the deep low pressure Mon through
Tue. A cold front will move into the waters from the NW Tue
night. Another cold front will move across the waters Wed and
Wed night. On Thu and Thu night high pressure will move E over
the waters.
