New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front over Georges Bank
will move E of the area by this afternoon. Another low will
track just S of the waters today before passing E and NE of the
area by tonight. High pressure will move E across the area
tonight into Tue night. A weak cold front will move over the
waters Wed and Wed night, then stall over the waters late Thu. A
new low will track E and NE along this stalled front Thu night
into Fri. The low will move across the area Fri while dragging a
strong cold front through the area. High pressure will build over
the Fri night.
