New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front nearing the 
coast, will push slowly E across the waters later tonight into 
Sat, then clear E of the area by early Sat night. High pressure 
builds E into the area behind the cold front Sat and Sat night, 
then shifts SE of the waters Sun. Another cold front approaches 
from the N Sun, pushing S across the waters Sun night and Mon. 
The fronts stalls S of the region Mon night into Tue night, while
a high pressure moves E and SE across the Gulf of Maine. The 
front then returns N as a warm front Wed, clearing N of the 
waters Wed night.
