New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front over Georges Bank
will clear E and SE of the area today. A low pressure trough
then lingers across the waters later today and tonight. High
pressure builds SE across the area Sat into Sat night, then
shifts E Sun. A warm front develops off the New England coast
later Sun, lifting NE across the waters Sun night. A low pressure
moves to the coast Mon, tracking NE across the area Mon night
into Tue while pulling a cold front through the region. High
pressure builds SE into area behind the cold front later Tue and
Tue night.
