New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will approach the
waters from the S today, and move N over the area tonight. A cold
front then moves E across the waters overnight and early Fri. A
secondary cold front should move E over the area late Fri and Fri
evening, followed by a series of surface troughs moving across
the waters Fri night through Sun around broad low pressure NE of
the waters. High pressure builds in late Sun, moving E late Sun
night. A warm front approaches from the S Mon, with low pressure
and the warm front moving into the area by late Mon. A cold front
should push E across the waters Mon night.
