New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift N
across the waters this morning. Low pressure will move along the
New England coast today while pulling a strong cold front across
the area. A series of low pressure troughs will move through the
waters later today and tonight. High pressure will build E over
the region Sun, then shift E of the area Sun night. Another warm
front will lift through the waters Mon, followed by another
strong cold front Mon night into Tue. A secondary cold front will
move through the area Tue night. High pressure will build across
the waters Wed, then shift E of the region Wed night.
