New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Behind a strong cold front
moving farther E into the N Atlantic, a secondary cold front or
surface trough moves through the waters this evening. High 
pressure then gradually builds E tonight and Wed, continuing 
through Thu. A front moves through the waters Thu night and Fri, 
then a warm front approaches the area from the S and SW Fri 
night. The warm front moves NE across the waters Sat, with a cold
front approaching from the NW Sat night. The cold front moves E
across the area Sun and Sun night.
