New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure shifts E of the
area tonight, followed by a warm front or low pressure trough
lifting NE across the area late tonight into early Fri. A cold
front then moves to the coast early Fri, pushes slowly E across
the waters later Fri into Sat, then clears E of the area by Sat
night. High pressure builds E into the area behind the cold front
Sat and Sat night, shifting to the S of the waters Sun. Another
cold front approaches from the N Sun, moves offshore and into the
Gulf of Maine by Sun night, then stalls across the southern
portions Mon through Tue night.
