New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will move into
the area this evening then remain nearly stationary tonight
through Wed. Weak low pressure will move E across the area along
the front tonight and Wed, and behind the low the front will
linger over the waters, remaining nearly stationary over the area
Wed night through early Thu. The front will move back N again as
a warm front Thu and Thu night. A cold front once more will
settle S over the area Fri, push just S of the waters Fri night,
and then gradually lift back N yet again as a warm front Sat and
Sat night. A cold front will move across the area from the W and
NW Sun and Sun night.
